I, uh, it doesn't say that.

Obviously, wings are going to match. If it were a normal pegasus with golden wings, it would say "she transforms into a brilliant pegasus with golden wings". But it doesn't, it specifies that she has TWIN golden wings.
Just seems odd to me. Obviously, there isn't a mechanic in the game that would require dual sets of wings, so it would be purely aesthetics. But it's possible.
