From my experience...

... if you build it, they will come.

I also think we have a few alts from other orgs showing up to take part, so if you were running your own, we'd probably have fewer.

Uhh.

I don't get that reasoning.

It's seriously one of the easier jobs. Fly in a circle. The only reason it's hard is because I'm doing both that and co-ordination of 15+ people and trying to keep everyone going and happy, heh. The stress is on the last part, not the first.

..Keep in mind, most ships are not equipped to have 15 people on it. Take those who can.

Every org has a 'flagship' yours is the Aetherfoal (if it's still called that). Find out who has perms (which you should as gm) and if it can be used. The ilosia took a while to be upgraded to 15 people.
