Well, one day, Eventru had a really big bowl of especially spicy chili...
No, that was Crumkane. Get it right.

Changeling's are in fact, extradimensional sideshifters. When they changeling, it's their bodies configuring to the new inhabitant.

I always figured that when Bollikin splintered he created a handful of changelings along with the furrikin.
Why Bollikin? Don't recall any hint towards him being a shape shifter at all.

He was indecisive.

I believe it's mentioned that Bollikin changed his shape often - hence the variety of different animals that furrikin can resemble.

That's as good an explanation as any, it would just be nice if it got established, or at least hinted at. We've really got nothing at all now.

And that's how I prefer it.

Rave for Glomdrama. I was beginning to get bored!
Observation: if I'm at CR6 for more than two weeks, something is wrong.

Looks like you're still going to be bored.
People suck.

Query: was that a KotoR reference, meatbag?

Seeing plenty of people walking around Celest wearing some splendours I designed.

The winged empyreal splendours. It's a simple design, but it makes me happy to see people wear them.

All I remember about KotoR is wanting to murder that prick that follows you around for the first three hours, and ragequitting after it froze up in the underwater level after I hadn't saved in four hours. So: no.

Massive shimmering wings of snowy feathers filling much of the space around her, a sleek hippogriff stands here, shimmering with a warm luminescence.
Possessed of rare and unnatural animal mixtures, the noble hippogriff is a beast born from the breeding of chimaera and pegasus. Long forgotten and unseen in the Basin of Life, the hippogriff is a fearsome, yet beautiful sight to behold. A powerful equine frame builds the bulk of the hippogriff's muscular body. Lean legs stretch down into hooves from the beast's hindquarters, and massive, clawed feline paws make up the forelimbs. The hippogriff's head is distinctly horse-like in shape and size, though the mouth has been replaced by a hooked, ice blue beak. Feathers form a flowing ice blue mane that runs over the top of the creature's head then down the back of her neck and shoulders to cover a pair of powerfully built shimmering wings of snowy feathers that have grown from the shoulders. Long, flowing feathers replace the traditional tail of the hippogriff's equine heritage, coloured in various shades of ice blue.
Finally, finally she's not brown! My love of beastmastery is restored. I rather like the ice blue and snowy wings, especially since it makes the warm luminescence hilarious. Even if she's sparkly enough she should be a Cullens.
