I need to achieve authority so I can make it mandatory for every Hallifaxian newbie to read and remember some Manifesto Textbook by heart.

I imagine Hallifax's manifesto would read like one of those "choose your own adventure" books. Lots turning pages back and forth to figure out where you're supposed to be.

I find the text under "Position" very pleasing, for some reason. Also, the fact that only 5/14 Citizens are Commoners of those logged on, knowing that to be anything else than a Commoner one must have constributed to the Collective in one way or another and move through the bureaucracy. Mmm, bureaucracy.

Not a big deal, but it makes me happy on a more subtle scale, just to see that it works, well, all of it, really.
