By 'combatant' the term is being used to define someone who is taking skills based on the best chances in combat. It's great that someone will take the pathway and RP it, but the 'combatants' won't shoot themselves in the foot taking a skill that does them no good when they can take a skill that does them lots of good instead.

You could always write the description on a letter, preserve it, stick a fire sigil on it, and drop it in your guild tutor's room (Alternatively, get someone to make a painting of the room). You can always RP that you're pinning up a sketch/painting so that everyone can see every room in the guildhall. Or something like that.
EDIT: A letter would probably be safer since you can't magically link letters to other letters like you can with paintings.
