ICC10 and 25 normal aren't too hard to get into- you can get the necessary gear via H HOR, H POS, H FOS and triumph badges. You can even be an excellent fire mage with the t9 gear- it actually favors fire over arcane in theory. You just need to find a guild that you'll get along with.
