That's an interesting point. Does the customization of a beast give it any (or all) of the benefits of the collar? Can someone kill your level 1 customized mount and it's gone for good? Heh. That'd suck just a little.

Only one way to find out! Time2grief!
Doman2008-10-20 20:55:54
If it's level 1. It will die

Yep, actually.

I need the collar soon.

I'm pretty sure that once you've spent credits on something, it becomes permanent. Pretty sure. Like 96% sure. Course, that 4% unsure will prolly turn out to be true, cause that's just how I roll. laugh.gif

Also: Rave for Elostian. I'd post the conversation... but it's a secret. ninja.gif

If there are artifacts already to make it perm. and resetting, customizing wont make it perm.

edit: Even still, you have to pay for perm. and resetting!

Subj: Vernal Ascendant Referendums

Greetings, my fellow Serens.

Rika asked, nay, demanded that we all make posts explaining what all
this means to us.

I don't really plan on doing so. Instead, I have come before you all to
make a short statement.

None of you should vote for me. Those up in the ranks in terms of these
things, and I don't mean the council, more the people like Xiel, and
Nejii, and admittedly the Seneschal Rika, who seem to obsess over such
things as the domoths, and through this unhealthy obsession have come
into a deporable amount of power over the Wilde and its members.

Me, I can't stand domoths. I can't even stand wildnodes. People may or
may not have noticed that I rarely if ever participate in such things.
I'm a simple man with simple pleasures. I've been in this basin since
before these things, and I'll hopefully be here for a long time more. I
was nominated for this, and I accepted out of respect to those who
thought I was worthy for this perceived honour.

However, a short while into the referendum, the lady Seneschal quite
nicely turns around and says "I want you nominees to do this, this, and
this to prove your worthiness!". She didn't talk to the Moonhart Circle
about this, I doubt she talked to the relative ministries about it, she
just did it on a whim.

So, on a whim, I'm saying no.

Personally, I think this whole thing is a nuisance of a personality
contest to see who gets made into a semi-divine, and I don't like it.

Anyway, I do however feel like saying that if anyone deserves this, out
of those nominated here, I'd say go with Gregori - out of any on that
list, he's shown the most dedication, the most initiative, and the most
love for this forest and those who inhabit it. He deserves this more
than anyone else there, although Lehki would be a decent second choice.

Walk in Moonshine, dark and light,

Laysus L'Eternae

Penned by my hand on the 15th of Dioni, in the year 219 CE.

I never really noticed much about Laysus before, but damn that post is full of win!
Shiri2008-10-21 01:54:10
What? That's the most fail post of all of them so far! (Or were you being sarcastic?)
Unknown2008-10-21 01:58:14
Hope laysus or gregori get ascended.
Shiri2008-10-21 02:00:34
I can see why you'd hope Laysus would be. tongue.gif

Gregori would be non-terrible though.
Unknown2008-10-21 02:03:06
Eh, they've been in seren since day 1, are much older thus probably much wiser. Lehki would make a great ascendent but I don't think it would be right to choose him over Laysus/Gregori, seeing as they are both 100 years older. Would be like a punch to the face. blackeye.gif
Rika2008-10-21 02:05:29
Age != Should be ascended.

If anything, it is a punch to the face for all the demigods in every organisation who are completely wrecked when it comes to VA just because of the fact that they are demigods.

Do I smell bias from the Serenwilde's leader? ninja.gif
Shiri2008-10-21 02:09:58
Well, experience of actually doing something useful is definitely a positive factor, so Gregori's age gives him an advantage in that arena.
Unknown2008-10-21 02:26:10
I think I should be granted instant admission to Serenwilde, and then made Ascendant on the spot. I'll then be donated enough creds to Omnitrans by my adoring public, and swindle the council-thingy to give me a cubix.
Shiri2008-10-21 02:28:06
We already have that offer from Geb. Nice try though. tongue.gif
