With eight people alive, with Nejii claimed (confirmed?) Thoros-vigilante, Viravain and I confirmed town and Noola pretty much confirmed town, leaving four people. With two ascendants, we have a 50% chance of getting any one of them today. However, I would like a full role claim from you Noola (in case I missed it) just so we can be more sure.

Why not? I'm Acrune. I started out the game not even a Demi yet, but I had a 30% chance of becomming a Demigod on any given night. Spectacularly good luck gave me Demi on the first night and I gained the ability to Investigate due to switching to Telepathy. I can also (once a day) quote a thread to Casilu and have her tell me if it is true or not. Which is how I confirmed Shiri as Throos.

I've gone back over the whole thread and I found that Dugan voted for Daganev early on, and Shaddus tried to vote for Dugan after he was dead (and he just replaced Maylea). I'm going to assume Dugan is not experienced enough to distance himself. I doubt Shaddus was trying it either.

As such, I'll Vote: Esano and FoS: Silferras

Of course, there is also the last Ascendant (Nejii?) who could have been any of the four.

Noola's claim looks entirely plausible, fits and is consistent with her earlier behaviour. I also think that while it's never certain, we already have an innocence ability in this game (Celina) so it turning up on Rika/Viravain is unlikely, though possible. I suppose they can hold onto their names for now in case the villain fakeclaims badly - seems like all the good guys here are demigods or titans, reducing the room they have.

On another note, let me see if I have this straight. This is what we have now, based on the information given in the game itself.

We know that one of the ?s is Lanfayr, as evidenced by Krin's death, but unless they claim, we have no idea whether they are part of the pure ?s or the confirmed ?s.

Also, Noola is awesomely.. endowed.. this game. That said, we can probably finish this off in a day or two at most, given that she has once-a-day truth seeking and an investigate at night. I'm leaning towards Shaddus at the moment for lack of contribution and random voting the previous day (?), but regarding the 'case' Daganev built, I'm still not sure if he's made any overtures about being non-ascendant, or if the discussion was diverted entirely (see: Ilyarin's game-winning intervention).

I'll go ahead and contribute in my next post, given that Noola hasn't used her truth-seeker thing yet today.

Huh. I read Noola's truth-reading skill as being once per game. If it's one per day, can't we just have Esano and Shaddus both roleclaim, have Noola scan one of them and then kill either that one or the other depending on the result.

Should be less hard to wriggle out of things with that one: it should be either unambiguously true or unambiguously false so they can't post some extra fluff and get acquitted by Casilu based on that. Any flaws with that plan I'm not seeing?

Sorry, I've been rather busy, kid is having his 5th birthday party today, so we've been working on stuff.

I'm a vanilla role, I guess you would call it. I win with the town, but I have no way to defend myself, dodge attacks, or anything. Which sot of sucks.
