Can't think at the moment, how do you see how many posts each person has posted?

Myrkr is gone now as well Cas.
But that doesn't mean all her votes are retroactively deleted.

Yeah, I was asleep. And I'd been playing MGS4 before that. Good film. Anyway!
I'm less skeptical of the "cannot be killed" multiple claims now because everyone has had a significant power so far. Which I bet also means the enemy is loaded with innocence and crap. That or we don't even have a cop. But the fact still remains that it's a "safe" scum claim. And Celina, Casilu and Shaddus seem to have varying levels of the ability, and is it me remembering wrong or is Celina's strictly worse than the other two? I just doubt that. Shaddus is pretty much confirmed, at least.
Vote: Celina.

I'm going to assume that our cop investigated Celina and her power was confirmed, otherwise they would be saying something by now.

If everyone else is telling the truth, then mine is, indeed, the worst of the three. That's an incredibly flimsy argument to base a vote off of. Especially considering I claimed it before Casilu.
Suspicious.

It's because I find it unlikely that they're all true, and while the others are balanced situationally, yours isn't. It seems out of place.

Assuming they're all telling the truth, Celina does have an unexpected advantage. The same thing also semi-balances it.
However, I'm still iffy on Casilu's. Although 100% would be more balanced than a full immunity, it's still far less balanced. But all of these are just too big names to rely on no-one else having them.
Esano2008-11-04 07:02:55
Far less balanced than the other two semi-immunities, that should read.
Shiri2008-11-04 07:04:15
Hrm. I suppose that's true. There are plenty of names in the Marvel universe, but with Wolverine at least I'd expect another, he was practically the main character of the X-men.
Dugan2008-11-04 07:12:32
Between Celina and Casilu, its hard to say who is being honest, if either of them. Right now I am more suspicious of Casilu than Celina. Cas stated she could nightkill someone, that she cannot be nightkilled and that she was Wolverine. Celina claims to be Capt. America with a 50% chance to avoid a nightkill by her shield. Neither has been proven, but something about Casilu's just seems off to me.
Celina2008-11-04 07:37:35
I honestly don't find Casilu suspicious. From what I've seen, Wolverine is pretty much indestructable and a wolverine character in this game isn't suprising in the least. It'd be very risky to claim wolverine and not actually be him in a Marvel themed game.
I was suspicious of Silferras, but not so much now that I've had time to let everything simmer.
I'm moderately suspicious of Shiri. Claiming that a % based nightkill dodge is suspicious just doesn't fly. Chance to dodge nightkills have been in many games (Pretty sure I had a chance to dodge nightkills as Sonic), and there's no reason there wouldn't be one in this game as well.

It's not necessarily suspicious on its own, but here it IS suspicious in the context of the other abilities. Although I should also note that although this isn't my reason, nightkill dodging is a favourite scum claim since it's impractical to prove otherwise and it explains why they continue to exist even though they're a threat to the town. (Also note that Thul made some BS claim about exploding flowers when he was a doctor once, but that almost got him lynched too - not the best thing to lie about.)

I'm really starting to believe a good amount of us have death dodges, not everyone mind you, but a good deal of us. Afterall, it's common for a super hero to be taken to deaths door and return to fight again, and god knows how many super heroes there are that die and come back later.
So the dodgy bit isn't so suspicious to me, sure, it should be taken into consideration but it shouldn't be the only thing to base our argument on.
Shiri2008-11-04 14:34:54
Ok. It's plausible. I'm not nearly confident enough in that to lynch if we have any better leads. I'm not sure what we do have though. The cop (if any) has been quiet, and I'm not convinced by "Silferras was in 4th place on both bandwagons."

Yeah, the Silferras lynch attempt is a bit.. Weird.

Yeah, it's not as if I went 'ooh, ooh, three people again, let's fling my vote on!' I gave reasons both times, too.
About the votes.. Shaddus tacking his vote on after Casilu roleclaimed is a little strange, but unless there's a chance that he's scum with lynch avoidance (the lynch post just said he 'disappeared,' which does mesh with the claim but doesn't confirm him completely), I think we can just attribute that to said random strangeness.
I agree with Diamondais' theory - it's a plausible explanation for the number of avoidance claims that are coming up - but it's probably something we should keep an eye on nonetheless. Like Shiri (?) said, it's a very passable fakeclaim due to the difficulty of proving it, even given that we have a full-reveal cop. We've already lost our truth-guy, and I'm guessing that our cop hasn't sniffed out any scum yet, so.. general unbolded FoS: Daganev for the weird vote reason. Honestly, though, I can't come up with a better reason for voting anyone else myself without falling back on another low-activity vote, since we're more or less stalemated with the avoidance-claims issue.
That said, anyone have any impressions of Ilyarin? He's starting to feel distinctly lurky to me.

Meh, I still feel new to these mafia games and I find it hard to decide who's "scummy", so I just tend not to post. My post-counts have been low for the other mafia games I played as well, I just don't post as often as most people. I still haven't seen anything I would attribute as being really scummy so I don't know who to vote for now. As for leaving my vote on Casilu(?), I just figured it wasn't really worth unvoting when I came back and saw the deadline about to finish.
