You could start your OWN owned thread, preferably with yourself as an example so it at least doesn't start as bitter as it inevitably would get.
Funny how Aetolia manages to keep the emo and bitter out of it for the most part then.
And I would, but I don't fight (so no dying on my part) and I don't fight (so no killing on my part). Not exactly good starting material.
EDIT: Unless you want to see me fall into a sandworm pit while afk, and come back 15 min later to discover my char ran out of health potion after 10 min and subsequently died.

Aetolia still has jackasses that hide combat lines.
You know, just sayin.

...that sounds like about one of the best examples you could ask for, if you stripped out most of the intervening text.

And Lusternia has none?
(Not necessarily as far as combat lines are concerned but there are plenty other examples...)

Hmph. I do still have the log somewhere ya know... I was eating dinner and chatting with friends while it happened too. Harvesting weed is a true hassle nowadays, I totally need to raise prices because of it.

As far as I know, there's no one here currently hiding lines or encouraging others to do so. This instance of jackassery was specific. If you want to get generic, the internet is full of jackasses of varying types...
I was just referring to general combat/logging type threads.

Well if you want to be Lusternia-specific then you could say that people have more of an issue with posting logs here. You hardly see anyone here posting logs of "me vs. xyz. What can I do to improve?" (Not that it matters, if they post that they usually get the "go trans resilience and
But you DO see a lot of forum RP (more than in Aetolia in my opinion) and respective ranting.
One more Lusternia-specific "jackassery" is wanna-be combatants jumping newbs / non-combatants to prove their immense combat ability. You could compare Daedalion, Garmr and Urazial to Matadartice there. The difference I at least notice is that here Gloms would jump to the rescue of the afore mentioned culprits, whereas I don't think I have seen an Enorianite yet trying to justify Matadartices actions (or at least not as largescale and common as it is going on here).
Specific enough?

Oddly enough, I get asked in game to teach, not on a log. Really, posting a log of a mediocre combatant versus a hardcore one here gets you nowhere because the gap is so large. On Aet/Imp a tri-trans with focus and tumble can theoretically take on the big boys, especially if they aren't dripping in artifacts. In my second month there at level 60 I killed some big artiwhore in an FFA where he and a god were talking about how he was going to own up, he was even a cabbie. Poor fella, I got his tf and he got tdf'd.
It's sort of a catch 22, I guess. On those games there is a lot to improve, but you can be effective even at very low skill ranks. I remember a guy doing truelocks on Imperian, killing "top tier" combatants with virtuoso shield dance and not much else, pure neocredits. He used two bucklers and did crazy fast shield hacks with great toxin combinations.
Here, him or even my low level aetolian would just die in two rounds, no problem. Not to mention getting a solo fight that doesn't involve an absolute escape method here is like finding a needle in sixty haystacks.
