I was referring more to all the controversy over your own harvesting tactics back in the day. Never bothered me too much, though.

Oh, the strip harvesting. It's pretty ironic, considering that I've had to replant a lot of areas lately. But hell, if harvesters are afk/auto harvesting now... I might as well strip them again.

No need for that. People have been auto-harvesting since the game first opened. People have also been going AFK whenever they like. The two things are no more related now than they ever have been.



For a little more on topic, I was nearly owned when in my fragile faeling form strolling through the Undervault. Walked into two cavefishers and hurried through to the other side... into three more!

Sorry. I didn't think the log was all that special, actually. I moved through them fast enough to not die... and I just wanted to try and return to the theme of the thread. Thank goodness for a client that doesn't lag me to death!

When they were trying to raise the Queen of Queens again or whatever, I ran into three fishers, then two fishers and three mantekarrs, then a fisher and two mantekarrs in the space of three rooms

I came in later and killed them all! Fun.

Simply not dying isn't quite enough to go up in the rankings! But combined with lots of hunting it sure helps. I highly recommend a healthy dose of cowardice to anyone eager to advance.
