I don't think that makes Rika scummy at all, I would've done the exact same thing in her instance and she didn't try to hide what she got from us, Casilu automatically did. Rika has been forth coming so far on her info of the plasmid to, though we may want to check it on something.

Yeah, the hiding thing is fair, that was just pressure for her to post it. The issue is how trusting should we be on whether it actually is a plasmid? The odds seem like something of an even split between Casilu's sense of humour and Rika's first believable thought in the time she had.
