Well, it wasn't only due to lurking, but rather we had 2 cops lurking, and 4 people who absolutely no defense. Ronny was one. So when you switched in, you were one of the 4. But, like I said, I don't consider you a suspect, which is why I removed my vote fairly quickly. If that's any consolation to you.

Claiming turns you in to mafia food. It's a fact. Deny it all you like, but that's exactly what it does.

I could have given a name, only you never asked for a name. You never asked for a claim until very recently. You only wanted my ability, so that's another false statement on your part.

This game is being played quite poorly. We've got a daykiller arbitrarily pulling names out of a hat. Lurkers being generally ignored, and a train against me solely because I won't reveal my ability (which is what I tried to do with Rika in the start, but everyone disagreed with).

Since you guys are so intent on destroying the townies on your own, allow me to save you once again.

I'm Dr. Crane. Something about a scarecrow, I don't know. Batman maybe. My power is a hallucenogen. My target can't post anything other than "scarecrow" during the next day. I used it against Rika because I didn't like her having multiple powers so early.

We should all just claim so that the Mafia has free reign over who they pick off.

I asked you to clarify your role and claim, yes. Generally claiming can just be a name when you're dealing with characters. So no, that's not a false statement.

Plus, I'm not denying that claiming can make you mafia bait.. but when you already have a doctor and two investigators out in the open, I highly doubt you are a very high profile target in comparison. You can deny that all you want, but it's still true.

Anyway, my vote stays on Furien for now.

You had no idea what my ability or role was, so yes, that's a very easy thing to say after the fact. You, among others, have been pressuring a lot of people to claim, and now the Mafia is basically at a buffet line, picking what powers they want to pick off. Now, I'm one of the possible entrees for absolutely no reason.

In case the town missed the point, it's not for you (or me) specifically to survive. It's for the town as a whole to survive.

Except that some of us can't even claim anyway, so, there's still quite a few abilities hidden. And you're really not in a position to talk about bad play and all that, considering you forgot about the damn game and got yourself into the position of being suspected all on your own. If you had been active, you might not have been forced to claim--so don't blame us because you're a flake. kthx.

Anyways, I hardly think you have much to worry about, Celina. It's only Day 2 and we have already gotten rid of 1 cop, and know the names of the other 2. We have forced a lot of people to roleclaim, and I seriously doubt they are going to have a chance to kill more than one more person, if we don't get them this Night, we will for sure during the next Day. Look at the odds!

Me not being here for a whole RL day had nothing to do with where I am now. Not even remotely related. Nice try though.

I wasn't even seriously brought up until Nys made a mistake. If Nys had never bungled up the interpretation (not saying you're at fault Nys, I have no idea how the message was worded) my name would have never been brought up, or if Nys would have said "Celina did some night action" instead of "Celina tried to kill Rika" or "Celina is night talking with someone" it would have been a lot easier to sort out in the first place.

I make a point to not vote for people that refuse to claim. It is not, by any means, a proof of scumminess. Considering the large number of mafia newbies that play on these forums, there are some that jump the gun about their powers or claim (Like Nys revealing investigation powers so early) while others understand that pushing for claims makes life easy on the Mafia and a good mafia can make up pretty good fake claims. Claiming should be a last resort, the atom bomb, if you will. Not the first line of offense.

I can tell you that my power is pretty useless, though, and I've had no opportunities up to now to use it. I think it might involve some of the items we see at the start of each day.

I'm not trying to be a jerk, but I don't like someone basically saying we all suck at the game because we don't agree with her. Anyway, I apologize for the flake comment. But, you lurking is still a reason you are where you are--you were in a final group of suspects for the day because you had gone so inactive. You can say otherwise, but it's sure the reason why I pushed you so hard--I give active people the benefit of the doubt when they don't want to claim. Anyone who lurks? They lose their protection by not being of any benefit to the town's discussion.

Basically, your way isn't the only way, so please don't say we're all playing badly just because you disagree.
