Maybe what's really needed is for aethersight to distinguish between targetted scries ("You sense the piercing eyes of Estarra looking upon you") like Scry, and untargetted ones like farscout and worldscan ("You sense the sweeping glance of Estarra spotting you" or something). People with aethersight are often getting confused by this one, and while this is a minor nerf to scrying abilities, I don't think it's going to weaken anyone's tactics.
