I'm not saying trueheal should be some unstoppable thing or amazing skill because you pay credits for it. If someone wanted to remove it for something more viable I wouldn't disagree. My point was that Celina/MFDS always goes 'trueheal needs to be nerfed, trueheal is op' when divinefire is trueheal plus some, but they don't acknowledge that in the least.
This has gone off topic more than intended.
edit: well, on the topic, if paying real life money for a skill in a game doesn't mean you should get something cool for it, how is, 'I spent hours upon hours bashing in front of my computer so I could get this amazing skill' any better? Is this justified as 'earning' that ability? How come me going to work and dealing with assholes for 8 hours a day, 40+ hours a week, is not considered 'earning' a badass skill?
I'm not starting any flamewars, just sharing an opinion.

Half-Mana kills are.. fairly useless. Unless you have Succumb, in which case they become viable.
EDIT: If you get absolved outside of group combat, I have to assume you were spamming Focus Mind, didn't relax Surge (and even still it's still difficult depending on the Warrior), or you just have a failure of a system.

Psh this comment is wrong. Absolve/wrack aren't fairly useless (though they could use some work with a small passive mana-drain equivilent to moondancer banshee.) Absolve/wrack are extremely easy to perform with aeonlocks.

Necroscream are the best bashing bards (or bashing partners), at the very least. IIRC, Visaeris even said that that was a big part of his intent.
This.
I can't speak for combat effectiveness one on one, and I'm certainly not going to pretend to. But concept wise, Caco are my favorite bards, just because their allies/enemies stuff is so unique. If someone was going for a guild where they could be useful to their allies more than directly whomping on people, this seems like a good place to start. Moreso since Mag can't have even normal healers.
As far as bashing, my little caco alt definitely enjoys running around with a stag-totem built into her song. I think Vis did, at least concept wise, a really great job making a unique, group oriented guild. If anything about Caco is going to be changed, I'd mostly like to see this aspect improved. We have plenty of guilds to choose from who's sole purpose seems to be to beat up one person. Caco bucks that trend without being based on holding a demesne, and that uniqueness should be rewarded.

Well, it's not my fault you think all these people are amazing fighters when they aren't.
You aren't even addressing the points I'm bringing up... If you want to lol about it and turn this into a flamewar of hostility because you need your rage-fix, okay, but I am pretty sure no one is going to argue that sacraments could do with some changes to make it useful for all specs of celestines as well as sac paladins.
edit: about the trueheal/divinefire thing - if I'm going to pay 100 rl dollars for a skill in a game people play as a HOBBY, well, I should probably get more bang for my buck. This kind of makes me think of cubix vs. medallion. wtf was estarra thinking with that, releasing an artie that's not only free, but far better than a 2000cr (500 USD) artifact? Rare as it might be, that is still highly retarded.

Also, this has nothing to do with the thread at hand.
Also: Stop being bitchy and I won't flame you.

I wasn't being rude or hostile towards you. Looking back at my posts, you're the one who's assuming I'm bitching and being unreasonable.
Even trying to have a sensible conversation with you is difficult: you think you have to defend yourself constantly when I wasn't arguing with you in the first place.

I'm not defending myself or anyone else. I'm telling you to shut up, stop insulting people and stay on topic.
Stop derailing, I'm specifically NOT arguing with you about the points you raised about trueheal and divinefire because this thread has to do with glamours.

I personally think faeling is fine, even with their low health, it isn't hard to buff them up to something decent, people just need to learn to work for their buffs and then keeping them.
Says the Demigoddess! Of course you don't have problems with health.
