I know that the Affliction List that I posted up isn't totally complete, but it's pretty comprehensive, and easy to follow. I've tried to add to it from the Treant affliction files, but it's not all there.

That list looks like it was made for wrapwidth 80, and so it's missing big chunks of a lot of the lines.
Part of the problem with sharing a common list of afflictions is the wildcards, too. I'd recommend everyone use regex, as it's the only real standard, but many people have a hard time with regex patterns.
