Elfen or SL faeling?

I've been thinking about going shadowlord faeling for a while.

I'll get +4 dex for -3 int, -2 charisma and -6 size.
I'll also gain natural flight, level 3 balance, level 3 elixir sipping, as well as one extra level of regen in forest. All I'll lose in racials is level 1 psychic damage.

However, I'm still kind of undecided and want your help.
