I know while I was always negative in posting, a year or two back, this always was sort of my impression. I thought the system as a whole needs an overhaul, but I'm reserving my opinion until I see if much has changed on that front. If it hasn't, I still advocate my then idea to make Envoys a little more thoughtful and sure for their submissions by making them public in some fashion so others who are not in the position with some kind of clue can make a comment beforehand or discuss the downsides of the proposed change. It works for other Iron Realms games with a moderate level of success.

This has already happened to some extent: all envoy submissions can be viewed by non-envoys as soon as they're finalised.
