So right now I've got 50/194/224 and 54/192/234 rapiers. After tempering down to acceptable stats, they'll be at 45/194/224 and 37/192/234 ... so basically I'm just asking if I should rune these rapiers or if I should reforge?
Also, when I rune combat rapiers should I go for wounding runes or stat runes?

I was told 195/230, but I guess that's a fairly minor difference. 198 just seems unreasonable.

It's the max, I forged 200+/230+ in less than an hour both times.

Not really, 200/230 isn't exceptional at all on rapiers. The hard one is when you don't want to rune them and you forge for 220/240, those take forever.

I have 200/230s and 190/240s Terv. They're not exceptionally rare, but I'm proud of them
