I've got all of the Serenwilde guildhalls, but could someone from the other orgs maybe post the names and just a little sentence about what the place is, like "Ebonguard - Ebonglom Wyrm - The guildhall is part of the insides of the Wyrm itself". I don't want to know details about the places, as I'm sure you don't want to share. But it would make something I'm writing a lot easier. Please?

The three original Mag guilds are in the Necropolis Towers.

The Tower of the Thousand Hungers - Geomancers.
The Tower of the Dark Fates - Nihilists.
The Tower of Inescapable Damnation - ur'Guard.

I think I got all of those right.

Hartstone - Hartstone grove, southwest Seren near library.
Serenguard - Serenguard Lodge, southeast Seren, near nexus.
Spiritsingers - Treehouse with rainbow bridge, northwest Seren, near arena.

Shadowdancers - Shadowdance tower? Teleport in/out from just under ravenwood.
Blacktalon - Great big treehouse south of ravenwood
Ebonguard - In the wyrmling, duh.
Harbingers - Caves under Glom somewhere. Forget where.
Nekotai - Cave a little northeastish of wyrmling.

Cantors- The Celest stage, whatever it's called.

Don't think that Harbinger Hall really has a name, but it's under the Drums through Glomdoring's stage.

Cantors guildhall/theatre needs a name too sad.gif

No rainbow bridge for us. You play a melody on some chimes to get the trees to part to let you in.

The Shofangi have the rainbow bridge. I still don't know why. Theirs is over Moon Lake and the fae naiad is involved, which is fine, but why Shofangi have a connection with her or a rainbow bridge remains unexplained. (And it's constantly confusing the novices when the bridge says "Are you true?" when it means "Are you a shofangi?"... also a little insultingly to everyone else.)

Guild guards (like a talking bridge... how cool!) should be insulting to non-guild members who try to pass em.

If you do it wrong it dumps you in the lake. We never had an explanation for why but we needed some way to get in, nearly had a hard to summon + killable guild hall

The thing is, you don't know you're "trying to pass" anything. You're just exploring, you come upon this bridge, it asks if you're true, but it turns out that only Shofangi are true.

Nekotai - Underground cathedral hidden beneath a hidden training room. And that cathedral has a lake beneath it, in the middle of which sits yet another cathedral.

Just saying.

And they don't let lowbies enter it.

That was my idea! (Both the general outline and the limiting of novices. :>)
Prisch2009-02-05 14:35:29
Err, I don't think it is called the Shadowdance Tower.
The Black Tower?
