Daganev's logic is difficult to follow. It's always hard to tell if he's being intentionally convoluted or not, but overall, I'd rather just not deal with it. tongue.gif

Vote Daganev

Now now, we don't need words like idiocy slung about. It's hurtful and this is a friendly game, remember?

Just because a mistake was made doesn't make it a scum tell! Repeated mistakes, yes, can be a tell. One mistake? Hardly. Nobody's perfect, remember. And sometimes posts are made in haste.

I'm keeping my vote no lynch at the moment because I'm actively playing. And a vote for -something- is better than a vote for nothing. Remember, this game is very big! It is quite possible that among the lurkers, and the quiet ones are all the scum, just as likely as the scum is hiding among those pushing for votes on people we are unsure of.

There's not a lot of people voting right now, certainly not enough to get a lynch nor otherwise.

My vote right now just stands for wanting to move this game along, to encourage people to get off their lurking butts and vote, one way or another.

Voting for someone is a lot more conducive to getting the game moving than voting no-lynch is. In fact this whole thing to me reeks of wanting to appear as though you are helping the game along while keeping yourself open to join any bandwagon that starts without having to get into the dirty business of starting it yourself. I'm going to go ahead and Unvote, Vote Kiriwe though I've still got my eye on Furien and Harkux.

Well, I won't call it "idiocy", but even though you say that, you then tried to -defend- your mistake and Fania's in the next post. I'm finding it hard to buy. Anyway, I could also go for Daganev, hrm. I agree with the sentiment that we should have more people voting though. Hopefully not just on "safe" options either.

There's your vote. Why?

Lookit that face, how can I resist punching it?

I was thinking the 'trap' was an actual power he used last night, but I guess I'm wrong. Since you're so insistent that my role or allegiance doesn't check out, why don't we hear a bit of yours? Vote: Daganev
Shaddus2009-02-19 03:20:39
We're all running around like chickens with our heads cut off. So, I'm doing the logical thing.

The person posting right after me is scum, and I shall vote for them.
Narsrim2009-02-19 03:21:04
Do any characters set traps? I can't remember *ponder*
Furien2009-02-19 03:21:27
That's so fitting on a Forum RP level!
Dai2009-02-19 03:22:46
I'm gonna go ahead and cast my vote for Daganev as well, since he basically guilted me into revealing my role.

No, but he specifically said that he meant a verbal trap, and he did point out what that was, though whether you believe he meant it like that is up to your discretion.
Shamarah2009-02-19 03:22:55
If I remember correctly I've always found Daganev to be an exceptionally difficult player to read because his style is very different from that of the vast majority of players, including mine. I think we should leave him alive for the moment, as he can actually be helpful sometimes.

Samus has bombs. Snake has Claymores. Fox has that shield that reflects projectiles. Marth/Roy/Ike can all parry attacks. That's all I can remember off the top of my head.
kiriwe2009-02-19 03:25:10
unless he's scum!

Well I'm heading to bed, Lucario has a counter thing as well though.

Finally got through all those pages...

This has probably already been covered, but I wouldn't trust anyone who is part of the "rebels". Until we can find another clear scum group, we should assume they're against us, especially because of the curse thing Doman could do to link.

Along the same lines, Casilu is Bowser, right? He could well have the same thing, except for Mario.

I just want a taste of that sweet, sweet Peach. Is that so wrong?

Well...yeah, I guess the rebels do seem like the best scum target for now, especially since Ganon had a kill (it's quite possible that he or one of his teammates punched Arix in the face or something) but as someone noted earlier, there isn't any clear benefit to him for killing Link, and we don't actually know why he would want the big 4 dead. Maybe we didn't get the whole roleclaim...or a daily event might kill one of the big 4 and disrupt the whole thing...idk.

Wait, did casilu say she was a rebel? I thought our preliminary assumption was that Wario would be Mario's villain.

No, I am not a rebel and I have never said such.
