We aren't, but we have quite a few investigators. On top of that, if Hark isn't scum, Dag has offered to let us lynch him (though that doesn't seem like a very good idea to me, but whatever), and if he's scum, then we know Fania is. Essentially, it would have been a horrible move to time themselves together if they were scum, because it would allow a 2-for-1 scenario with lynching or investigating or something like that Maxim Tomato happening again.
As for Hark, I'm not on that train, so I can't really answer that question.

In that case, seeing as I don't think Fania is scum, my suspicions on Daganev are on the low burner for now, and Tekora being who I think he is, my suspicion on him is also pretty much unfounded, if he is who I think he is. That leaves us with Harkux. There are others who have posted less than her, but at this point, I don't think switching the vote train is going to accomplish anything.
However, there is always the chance that Fania and Daganev are both scum, and this whole big finger pointing thing is an act, but that's like, a very slim chance, in my eyes.

I can't see scum with rez powers, really. And beyond that, if that ends up happening, then we still know both he and Fania are scum, and they'd be completely unable to win. If you're outed this early, it doesn't matter how many lives you've got, you're toast.

Hark jumped on a train with questionable reasoning. Dag clames he was waiting for just such a thing since it would be scummy. It's not a slam dunk, but if Hark isn't scum we have two very good candidates for tomorrow. It seems like a win-win to me.

I'm sure I'd be next on the lynching list if Dag is as well. I think that he might have said "go ahead and lynch me if Harkux wasn't scum" before I used the Team Healer on him. Why would I want to use the Team healer on him if I were scum and if I were aligned with him I would be next on the lynching list?
