Oh well.Metaknight wanders the hallways alone, absorbed in thought. His iron mask obscures the expression on his face, but everyone who sees him knows that he is not in a good mood. He finally stumbles upon most of the smashers, as they have congregated near the trophy garden to discuss whom they want to kill today. Whom they want to kill. A morbid sense of amusement creeps up in him. They speak as if they're somehow better than these traitors. As if killing someone for no reason but to soothe their paranoia and bloodlust makes them any better. He snorts and walks over to them, so that he can at least hear them out.
"I still say Shamarah is suspicious." That would be Shaddus. "He has admitted to killing Kirby, and that makes him a suspect in my book."
"Yeah, and what about you? You killed Ganondorf and tried to kill Shamarah before he got a chance to defend himself. Doesn't that make you even more suspicious?" Fania asks. "It's a good thing that Shiri had the quick thinking to throw his pokeball and defend Shamarah."
"Eh, I don't think that mattered much. His aim was a bit off anyway." Caerulo adds. "I'm more mad at Kiriwe for almost killing me with that pokeball."
"That's right. Where is Kiriwe anyway?" Shiri asks. "I haven't seen her at all lately."
"I think she's gone into hiding." Renthur states the obvious as always.
"Well we can't get anything done by just standing here and talking. I think Kiriwe is the most suspicious of the lot, but with her gone, whom else do we have that might be a traitor?"
"Uh... the silent guy? What'sherface?" Someone suggests. The group looks at one another, then nods. Her silence is beyond condemning.
"Now wait just a moment!" Metaknight steps boldly into the group. "You're going to kill someone just for being silent? What is wrong with you? You've completely lost your mind to your paranoia."
"Move outta our way Metaknight." Mario challenges the swordwielding puffball. "Move, or we'll take you down too."
"Mario!" Pikachu jumps onto Mario's head and glares down at him. "There's no reason to be that bloodthirsty. I happen to agree with Metaknight that we're starting to grow a bit too paranoid."
"Pikachu, get ahold of yourself. Or are you too a traitor perhaps?"
"What? Of course not."
"Then move out of the way. You too Metaknight."
Pikachu sighs and jumps down, but Metaknight remains standing. "No."
Mario glowers at Metaknight. "Move. Out. Of. The. Way."
"No. You of all should now that what you're doing is wrong."
"It's wrong? Very well..." Mario turns away and strolls over to the petrified trophy of Lucas and taps him on the nose. "It's wrong to avenge a little kid like Lucas, who has never done anyone no harm. No. I'll tell you what is wrong." Mario bends down and picks up one of Lucas' old sticks. "It is wrong to defend this!" He growls and viciously swings the stick into Metaknight. The caped puffball lifts his sword to defend himself, but he is too slow. Mario makes contact and sends Metaknight flying into the wall. He transforms into a trophy before he even manages to reach the ground. "Someone else want to disagree with me? No? That's good." Mario rallies the group to follow him, leaving only Pikachu behind to look at Metaknight's trophy. "You poor... this has gone too far."

Peach is picking flowers in the garden, when she suddenly looks up to find herself surrounded by the other smashers. "Oh my. What do you want... with..." Fear dawns in her eyes as she notices the bloodlust coming from each and everyone of them. "Oh no. No!" She cries out before they all jump on her and beat her to death, S.A.W. landing the finishing blow.
