The three passive limb breaks was pure luck and I hardly ever stick rigormortis like this, usually needing to shrivel twice (putting me at 1p instead of 2 so I have to wait longer). Good Nihilists in the past have also used shieldstun to give their victims even less chance to fluke out with lucky disease non-procs.

Well, from the log, it looks like he cured out of the stupidity, frozen (though probably was still shivering), and epilepsy. Considering that he writhed twice (once out of shackles and once out of hangedman) before you regained balance, he was most likely contorting. Hunger didn't help you for the sac kill here because the crucify damage woke him up and he didn't fall unconscious after that. By the time you gave him epilepsy again and had it tick, he had probably already started contorting. So all in all, contort is your most likely culprit in what happened here.

You had some really good luck with Rigo.

Yeah I had timestamps on but for some reason no idea why it didn't save in the buffer when I told it to. I two logs against Jurgo and one against Narsrim. The other log I have with Jurgo actually shows him hitting me where it was obscene stacking of afflicts in 2-3 hits.

I have never used shieldstun and wouldn't be sure where to start (I think the tactic is you just whore stun over and over till you regain power? Seems kinda whorish if thats the move) but I know you can't cure epilepsy on cross, stupidity isn't cured because if you look, he fondles himself on cross and epilepsy tics while on cross (thats when its supposed to hit) and yes, he probably used contort which even with the expenditure of so much power and so much setup makes this instakill still ridiculous on luck.

Yeah. If only warriors, wiccan, guardians, mages and druids all had contort, too.

Or an artifact item to replace writhe with contort. I'd buy it.
