I don't understand the adversion to making Penumbra 1-man. Influencing is solitary. Sure, I gather a bunch of people to perform Penumbra, then what? We go on a group influencing trip?
I like how I can help other people get Penumbra, but I do not like how I am unable to gain Penumbra because nobody wants to spend 5p on a buff they wouldn't use. It doesn't happen very often, but it happens.
Moondancers would have no trouble with getting people to perform Harvest. Everyone wants bonus exp. Not everyone wants +cha, which makes it really hard for to get the people to do it.

It's many times harder to find people to cone with than the find people to penumbra with.

Cone should be limited to wiccans only just like dark or star link is limited to Guardians only. Communes have the potential to bring in so much more power.

Cone isn't limited because it normally takes a 3 person coven to do it. It's just because of the Moon/Night Altar that it can be done solo. We do not have covens in Wicca, nor would cone make sense in that skillset.
