THIS IS THE TERRA GAME

Let me know if you need rules posted, or any other sorts of links.
For the sake of having info, all roles (I think) can be found on these two webpages.

However, most information just came from my head, so deal with it. Roles are going out now, and going out slowly.

Night 0:

The loud voice of Akhazriel can be heard in your minds: "As you know, I am god's herald and as such I will inform you of what is going on." As he tells you the story, images rather than words begin to swirld in your mind. You can see the images of the gates of hell opening up, and a thousand myriads of demons swarming out of hell. The demons rush to Earth and slowly terrorize some chosen humans, sending them into fits of despair, drug addiction and murderous rampages. Time passes by, and you see that the demons are no longer causing pain to the humans, but instead the humans begin to gain wealth and power. Time flashes again and you can see two people, a man and a woman talking to eachother "It has been centuries since the plan was set into motion. But now, it is our time. Soon we will have enough souls to take over the Earth entirely. Forget our place in Heaven, soon we will create Hell on Earth!"

The loud voice of Akhazriel returns to you: "The lord has grown tired of the failure of humans to withstand the attacks of the demons. As you remember He opened up the gates of heaven and sent myriads upon myriads of angels down to earth. The battle between the Angels and Demons however has nearly destroyed all the celestial creations. There are but a few left of you, and the Demons have become smarter."

Images of angels and demons battling in the alleyways of cities, in the hidden recessess of the hills, and under the foliage of forests races through your mind. Angels and Demons are slain left and right. Time flashes and you see Earth as you know it now, spirituality gone from most of civilization. You see the demons and angels change tactics. They are more cautious, move more slowly, trying every tactic to gain the upper hand. You notice the angels stop fighting during the night, and the demons retreat into the shadows, plotting thier actions for the day.

The voice of Akhazriel comes back: "The Angels and Demons have come to a stalemate, the demons must have infiltrated the halls of the Angels causing paralysis in the battlefield. You must find these demons and send them back to Hell! Each morning I will come back to you, and you will tell me who you want to send to Azreal, so that they can trouble us no longer. I will come back when you have made a decision. Begin!

The Voice of Metranon booms forth: "Narsrim, Dai, Kiradawea, Archer2, Renthur, Fyler, Fania, Dugan, Noola, Kiriwe, Casilu, and Shaddus. Talk amongst yourselves, and tell me who shall exist no more. You have your task, now get to work."

It is now Day One.

Most important rule... Don't Quote the mod!

Cool! (That last bit with The Voice of Metranon totally made me think of Alan Rickman )

Anyway, I'm gonna random vote for now, and Vote Dugan.

Hm! The theme is different than I thought! I was expecting Dan Brown's Angels and Demons. Lol, silly me.

I don't like random voting, so I'm not going to.

No it doesn't. Random votes don't really mean anything, but it can give people a jumping off point to starting conversations, observations and a general feeling of the others playing.

Plus, it's kinda like... a custom.

well, let's try to get something going? A couple of random votes isn't going to do anything to push us along at all.

I remember saying this on another site once and getting lynched because it was supposed to be a scum tell. I have since learned the value of the random vote which ironically...

Anyway hmm... after consulting my crystal ball, tarot cards, tea leaves and stars, all signs point to this. I shall Vote: Renthur.
