You could set it up to automatically load your browser with the URL, but the actual voting has been proven to be difficult to trick with automatic systems. The TMS code is (just) smart enough to know that you're just visiting the link and not actually loading the page and clicking the image.

In other words, just vote normally because it's not worth it to automate it.
