The Nintoba Naos in Serenwilde. To this day, my character keeps a painting of it and a replica of the statue of Nintoba in her manse.

The other one? Hmm. Altar of Night's Judgement and the statue that takes you to it. Much love to the admin for letting us have that. love.gif

That Altar of Night's Judgment is awesome wub.gif I didn't know about it until we held Ishant's discussion there. I was wandering around the Halls before someone (Astraea, I think), told me how to get to the room laugh.gif

love.gif Alaca.

New room to add to the mix. In the mountains, there's this "Deserted rock garden". Who ever wrote that, I love you. Have my babies. Now.

The entire illithoid prison. Incredibly, incredibly creepy.

Illithoid prison is pretty neat. Nil, too - I hadn't looked at the room descriptions for a while, but after reading Romero's recent bardics I checked it out and was amazed (read: sickened) afresh. Gorgulu's pit is especially horribly great. I also think it's great how builders are able to make so many "nice/good" areas without making them seem repetitive.

I went and checked out the room you were talking about. Really reminds me of something from H.P. Lovecraft. love.gif

The Naos really is a neat place!

Also, almost any room in the mountains is awesome. There's that entire deserted village with a graveyard in the Razine Mountains that you wouldn't know was there unless you looked at the verbose descriptions. I know what you are talking about with the deserted rock garden, it's cool smile.gif. The Southern mountains are my favorite though because all the weird symbols and carvings hint at something as yet unexplored in the world.

That reminds me. The construct that belongs to Isune. Wherever that room is. I want to hug the builder who made it. Creeps me the hell out.

Climbing up through the thick foliage of the rocky slope to the north provides entry into this serene area. There is a primeval stillness that holds this tiny copse at the very centre of this ancient forest with a perpetual hush. Age and time blanket the land with a heaviness, a weighty pall that might bring on a natural reverence in the most open of hearts. Emerald grass keeps to the perfect height, each blade almost clipped in its neatness while blanketing the clearing, small flowers of the sun's captured gold stud the soft carpet with light. So large are the ringing framework of thickly boled oaks that two men reaching round could not hold them tight, although the brambles and thorns that cluster between them manage to create an impenetrable wall. A tiny breeze flits in the air, a serenity matched by the beams of light from above. The leaves rustle reverently, animals visible but silent as they move through the plants, and even the birds that flit overhead sing their sweetest.

^- My favorite room.

Where is that? I'm assuming Serenwilde but I suppose it could be other places...

The Enigma. Not only is it very well-written, but both it's layout and the way it is written succeed in portraying a realm that tests and teases the mind and its quasi-senses. Thus far it is my favorite and the single most extraordinary place in Lusternia I have seen.

I wish that the builder of this area would tutor me in descriptive and creative writing, and intend to have Vhaas learn painting solely for the purpose of capturing its breathtaking wonder.

Thank you for making such a place.

White Hart's grove

There's a really pretty peak on Mount Seirode- it has different descriptions for night, day, dawn, and dusk.

I also find the descriptions of the wheat fields in Estelbar highly amusing, but that might just be me.

The Crown of Rituals.
The stars twinkle in the clear night sky. Shimmery light filters through the
antlered leaves of the Moonhart from above, illuminating the dim platform set
upon the silvered branches of the Moonhart Mother Tree. The platform itself is
circular in shape, carven with images of the flora and fauna of Serenwilde,
interspersed with wispy forms of spirits and fae, whose eyes have been
highlighted with gleaming emerald dust. Five large branches radiate from the
centre platform, curving up to make the ritual space bowl-shaped. Upon each
branch, the names of the founders of the five guilds of Serenwilde have been
inscribed. Some names glow faintly with amber light, while others have darkened.
White snowy pollen drifts down from the enclosing branches of the Moonhart tree,
floating lazily to land sparkling upon the fragrant platform.

ZOMG I love the fae architect! (Whoever you were at that time!)
