Friends it is. Something along the lines of who can bash (or axe) the most brains in.
That's so Legolas/Gimli.

There is only one archer around here! So far...

More importantly, the java creator now has PHB II added (partially so far). Most useful.

Question: Think we could do some sort of practice battle for us newbs to try and see how this all goes.
Fania2009-03-21 04:24:08
I'd like a practice battle or two as well!
Celina2009-03-21 06:15:50
I will practice battle Casilu and practice pwing her drow face.
Vhaas2009-03-21 06:22:08
I am dropping.

Ookay, I think I'm going to put this on hold for a liiiittle longer than I originally planned. I think I'm getting in a bit over my head here. I still want to run it, I just think I need a bit more experience with the system before I try something this huge.
I didn't want to admit it to myself, largely because I didn't want to disappoint anyone, but I definitely think I need to hold off on running this monster of a game.

Don't know if it would make things simpler for you, but you could always split the participants in two teams and hold two differents games at once...
Then again, I have no idea how doable this would be or if it would things even more complicated, heh.

Another question for you, S.A.W.
How do Immediate Interrupt powers work? Will you always be taking these abilities in consideration when playing the DM's turn? Or do we have to mention them somewhere during our turn?

I'm sorry, did you say tank? With a CON of 10!?!?
You have inspired me to create a real tank.

I wanna create a tank too! Not to acutally use in a game, but for fun and to show off at parties.

I don't think the 2 extra hit points makes up for the weaker defences.
Also, I don't know the feats and powers well enough, but the swordmage is able to make monsers come to him, and if they don't attack him, they get -2 to hit, and we get +2 to hit it. Also, if a marked creature attacks someone within 10 spaces of the swordmage, that person gets healed 9 points of damage. (if they are still alive after the hit)

Well, I don't know if temporary hit points stack, but a Warforged Barbarian can get a -lot- of temporary hit points. Warforged also get bonuses for saving throws and death saves. Plus, don't Constitution help with hit points when you level up? And barbarian powers get some nifty bonus for all that Consititution any way.
Although, your swordmage has a ton of AC. That's nasty.
Unknown2009-03-24 01:19:48
13 AC is crap for a tank.
