What the crap do I need THAT for? I'd think Charisma, or another Intel would be far better then Dexterity.

Stances.

Dexterity = better chance of your stances in combat working + higher chance to dodge attacks. It's actually a lot more useful for all classes than a lot of people give it credit for, IMO. High dex + good stancing can really screw up warriors.

EDIT: But don't expect to always get the most useful stats via human evolution. You might get a strength point sooner or later...

Or 15 charisma as an anti-social, avoidant Stealth Monk. Would reincarnating into the same race (if possible) reroll these flukes?

They aren't flukes. Every human of a certain archetype has the same stats at level 95. The only thing that is different is the order you get them in.

What are the stats for a level 95 human?

Depends entirely on the archetype.

Mage/bard is 13 str 14 con 16 int 13 cha. I forget the dex because mine is all bungled up from being a large size.
