Yo, I'm back after a short break for Graduation and landing a job! My AG2.0 system is once again for sale and fully updated for all the changes that occured in my absense!

I'm always updating and adding to this system based off client feedback and suggestions. Visit www.WildInkDesign.com/ag to view full details of the system and even the updates.

Here is a run through of just some of what is offered in the system:

* Prioritized Prompt-Based Curing: All Affliction-based curing is captured, stored, and checked through an Illusion script. Once cleared, it is then prioritized and then queued for Curing on the Prompt. Capturing is based off Affliction message lines and also Diagnose base. Prompt-based curing allows the system to recognize everything that needs to be cured, allowing full use of every Herb, Salve, Purgative, Writhe, and Healing balance possible. Priority order in this script is set to cure ailments that would hinder your curing (aeon, stupidity, slitthroat, etc), offense (blindness, paralyzed limbs, etc), movement (broken limbs, hinderances, etc), and then miscellaneous affliction states (loneliness, dizziness, etc).

* Damage/Wounds Script: A Balanced Auto-sipper, Deep Wounds, Burst Vessels, and Numbed Limbs curing Script. This script is very in-depth in its functionality, running through various checks and healing/curing what is most critical to your survival in combat. Sparkleberry and Healing Scroll scripts are also included, working off the same Script functioning of the Sipper. You can also adjust your priority sip curing through the TOGGLES, setting Health, Mana, Ego, or even Wounds as priority instead of the Balanced approach.

* Anti-Illusion Script: Nearly every affliction-state and message line is run through an anti-illusion check. Conditions and the affliction-state, along with any variables, are taken into consideration and run through. Remember, no anti-illusion script is perfect, but I'm always updating and fine tuning this!

* Toggle Based Personalization: Toggle Based functions allow for personalization of special actions or skills to be used in the System's Script. These range from setting up Bard specific curing (like using Contortion instead of writhe) to what style of AutoBashing you do, or settings like if you have Focus Mind to cure with.

* Parry and Stance Scripts The Parry and Stance scripts are now part of the base system (they were Addons in the original AG). The Parry script is adjustable (Toggles) for the style of Parry you wish to focus on: Wounds based, Last Hit based, or Manual.

* Recklessness Catch: A continuos check based off damaging attacks that checks for Recklessness during combat.

* Specialized Prompt: The prompt is entirely colourtell-based and imported through the back-end script. It not only tracks as the in-game prompt does, but also alerts and displays when your willpower/endurance drop below 25%, has an affliction and wounds alert, so you always see when the system has recognized one. Tracking of your Balances (Sip, Herb, Focus, Salve, Purgative) aswell as CLICK style resetting. Health/Mana/Ego changes are Displayed. Time-stamps, Bard deafness tracking, IllusorySelf Doppleganger tracking, and also a State-alert, notifying the user as to when they are Stunned, Aeoned, Sapped, Choked, or have hidden afflictions, which alerts you to Diag.

* PotionList Script This script uses the PotionsList skill in Discernment, to go through your stock of vials and list out the number of each type you have. For curing potions itself, it also lists the vials you need to refill. You can view (Toggle) for Potions, Venoms, Both, or nothing (turning the script off for basic view).

* Nexus/Node Link Script This script allows you to just enter the number of links you wish to make, so you never overdraw!

* Lessons Script This script allows you to enter how many lessons total you wish to learn and it will see to your learning!

* Auto-Grab Script This script will check to see what is dropped when you make a kill, and then upon balance/eq recovery, it will then attempt to pick all the items dropped. This works for everything, gold, essence, keys, herbs, anything that can be dropped.

* Info-Bar Status Below the command prompt, a listing of your current Target, Pipe contents and puffs, Parry mode and location, stance location, and the TargetQ listing. These are all bold and easy to read below your command prompt, always helpful in spammy fights.

* AG Clan: All clients are inducted into my private/secret clan. This is a clan for keeping up-to-date on new system changes, updates themselves, bugs, and just general questions. Since everyone is private/secret, each individual can safely speak and ask questions without the worry of others knowing whom they are.

* Load-It Functions These functions are here for Balance/Equilibrium chasing! What this means is, that you create your Aliases using this Function inside of them, then when you use the Alias, if the function is able to be performed, it performs it, otherwise it "loads" it into a que, to be cast when you do recover your balance/equilibrium, free of stun, entanglement, etc.

* Death Tracker Plugin: This free Plugin keeps track of your characters Deaths, Kills, and Arena stats. It allows for easy viewing of your statistics, even being able to see your stats against named individuals.

* Rift Sorter Plugin: This free Plugin Sorts out your Rift and displays it in a nice, easy to read manner. The Plugin will also track your herbs and allow you to directly send a list of your needed herbs to a herbalist. Everything is broken down and displayed for this Plugin, from Herbs, Comms, Tints, Gems, etc.

There is a great deal more offered in the system, and all it costs is 25 credits.

So, if you are in need of a great curing system, check out my site at www.WildInkDesign.com/ag or contact me in the realms as Ethelon.

Noooooo!

Stop selling my "I win button" to people who aren't me.

Seriously though, this is a great system and was worth the credits.

I'm waiting for someone to put up the chart of feature-by-feature (and cost) comparison with all the combat systems. We need objectivity before we can blindly enter into contracts with strangers!

There doesn't seem to be many systems out there right now, aside from needing to update my website with all the new things I've added, it lists what my system offers. I believe yours does as well, right?
Unknown2009-03-20 20:56:35
My site lists most of the stuff, but I intentionally leave out some of the details, for obvious reasons. Most people don't want to know the details, anyway. If it works, it works, and you don't bother them with algorithms and pretty aliases unless they want to know more. (I've forgotten half the stuff I put in, too, so I have to reference my own code when someone asks me a specific question.)

Just so everyone knows, Ethelon and I are not in direct competition with one another (as far as I know). In fact, we sometimes work together on code and features, though not often. biggrin.gif

I vouch for everything Ethelon has here. I use his system, and it's quite good, and the customer service is great.

His reckless catch needs work, though sad.gif

Edit: Tell him Shaddus sent you!

I remember before when I used AG I had some kind of lag issues, and another user also told me that he sometimes had slow time in large group combat (note that when I had the issues I was on a wireless DSL network, while the other guy is currently on a wired T3 conection). Also, it came with a lot of aliases and stuff that I didn't really use. However, I do attest that AG is very efficient at curing, and Eth is much more helpful at providing advice than Zarquan is.

So shameless you are.

But anyways, AG2.0 is freaking awesome. Now you've probably never heard me killing mass tons of people but you probably don't see me die too often either! (fact not proven). Well thats because I use AG! So you should too!

I'd be surprised at that, given how much help Zarquan has given me in the last couple of months learning lua and MUSH in general.

Then again, I don't use Treant or AG, so it's just general help I'm referring to.

I used Ethelon's system from level 10 or so to level 99 and then started using Thoros' during the wargames seal. During the time, Ethelon was out cause of school and didn't have the updates for monks, had a few pipe problems with Narsrim hemi spamming me, and other catches that I knew about (apply healing to head spam from Nekotai). I made a list of all the bugs/possible things to upgrade and Ethelon came back and fixed all of them and added pretty much every feature I recommended. I haven't switched back to Eth's yet but probably will once I become active, he does help you without a doubt.

Also if you get his system you get to join the esteemed ranks of Ethelon's followers. Yes, if you are a customer for long enough he may let you sign his shoes.
Shaddus2009-03-21 02:14:58
If you use Ethelon's system, he doesn't grief you as often.
Razenth2009-03-21 02:27:20
That's... actually probably true.

That's... actually probably true.

It's very true. Once he attacked an alt of mine on astral, and when I said something, was like "Oh. Dude, I'm sorry" and left.

For the short amount of time I played, I used Ethelon's system. As critical as I am, and I am -very- critical, he's one of the best in terms of customer support and updating. The system worked wonderfully for me and if he isn't around, you can get questions answered on his clan. All around great system and support in general.
Vhaas2009-03-21 06:03:46
I don't doubt I am missing this or not understanding, but my bloody eyes. Which client(s) is this for?
Razenth2009-03-21 06:12:28
In the title, Mush.
Krackenor2009-03-21 15:52:40
I can vouch for Ethelon's helpfulness and patience. He has answered every single question I've asked about the system, no matter how simple or ridiculous, both quickly and thoroughly.
Saaga2009-03-21 18:39:22
Say, AG did not work on my computer before. I used Ethelon's system before the big rewrite and never had any problems. I also discussed it in-depth with Ethelon, and he could not find the cause to my problem either. I would be very interested in trying out the system, but there are no guarantees to whether or not it will work this time...

My last system update is from October, I need a new system, heh.
Ethelon2009-03-21 20:58:37
Hey Saaga, you were actually one of the reasons that when I came back, I immediately went back to the old-school loading of the files instead of that pre-load. Give it a shot now!

Also, as Zarquan said, we are not in competition, he is great with Mushclient and a good person to go to advice for
