How can you not love mcdonalds and its awesome deliciousness. With the assistance of trimspa I managed to eat McDonalds for breakfast, lunch and dinner for a week and still lost 10 pounds.

What?!

Are you serious? Do you like paying up the ass for a useless, expensive, overdone LAXATIVE? Trimspa is, first of all, AWFUL for you (there's a reason Anna Smith looked like utter censor.gif and spoke like a retard), because losing more than 1-2 pound(s) a week is NOT HEALTHY, and besides, WHO EATS MCDONALDS MORE THAN ONCE EVERY SIX MONTHS AND STILL CARES ABOUT THEIR HEALTH OR FIGURE???? Do you even KNOW what you're consuming? Or do you just prefer to inhale any sweaty greasy thing that can enter your mouth?

You know what. It doesn't even matter that you lost 10lbs taking Trimspa while hoarking down that greasy McDonalds. Your arteries are still clogged. You'll still have a heart attack.

Oh my God, I hope you don't have any children who have to eat with that kind of diet. Please do not contribute to future generations. Go ahead and have that quarter pounder with cheese. Have fun deleting yourself from the gene pool!

Quarterpounder with cheese... hmm. It's the only thing I like at McDonald's! Please don't comdemn iiiit!

I scoff at most fastfood. The exceptions for me are Subway (no cheese, no meat, no microwave) and Panda Express (white rice, eggplant and tofu, mixed veggies.)

I quit "bad" fastfood more than a year ago, and took to fruits, veggies, and asian/Indian cusine. Since then I have been much more high energy and retained good fitness and trim weight, in spite of that fact that I almost never get the serious exercise I ought to.

In Sum:

-McDonalds is for the dying.
-Tofu > Land Meat.

Nurh!

EDIT: Whales are landmeat. Dun eat the whales.

Aison is very passionate about McDonalds.

content.gif The only thing I like at McDonalds is the Egg McMuffin and hashbrowns. I think I would eat that once every 8mos or so when I was a teenager.

But then I just learned how to make a healthier version at home and now I can have a non-artery-clogging egg muffin and hashbrown breakfast in my very own home.

And it's cheaper.
Casilu2009-03-21 06:54:20
Aison, have you heard of the McGriddle? It can kill a bear in twenty seconds.

KFC is king.

When I was attending classes for college, I ate McDonalds every day. My diet consisted of McDonalds and Ramen noodles.
Still managed to lose 50 lbs over the year I was there.

I love me some dollar menu.

Yeah, from stress and not eating 3 meals a day probably >_>

As Aison points out, weight might not even be the worst issue. Weight can be lost. Arteries require lots of cardio work-out to unplug, and a lack of minerals and vitamins from veggies and fruits can contribute to depression. sad.gif

McDonalds contributes only weakness to Glo--society. Dismantle the establishment and build socialist healthfood chains in its place.

Empire.

KFC is not king, sir. That bowl they have? That is nothing less than FAILURE FOOD in a SADNESS BOWL.

Pizza huuuuut, I could live there. Especially since they serve alcohol in europe. :>

But eh, McDonalds, I kind of lost the taste for it for some reason. Since I started my gaining/cutting stages for working out, I notice if food is very fat, and damn, I had stomach cramps from McDonalds the first time I went there after cutting. sad.gif Still go there occasionally though, nothing better to inject a few pure calories into your body if you end up below your aim.
Arix2009-03-21 10:50:22
I have not eaten at McDonalds since 1996
Kiradawea2009-03-21 13:19:25
Personally, I only eat Big Bite when I'm out. They have actual fresh veggies in their subs.
Aoife2009-03-21 13:27:52
I eat at um...real restaurants. Even the staff dining room at work is wait service, though I sometimes go up the road to one of the numerous and delicious Italian delis and pastry shops. Smoked turkey and fresh mozzarella on ciabatta with pesto? YES PLEASE.

PS: The staff dining room is cheeeeap. I can easily have a good meal for less than $4. So I'm not talking about the executive dining room at a big corporation or anything.
Shaddus2009-03-21 13:31:37
I eat McDonalds 3 times a day. I like to get the burgers when they're dripping with fat, the fries are cold and clotted with grease, and the salads have bacon fat poured over the top.

Sometimes when I'm feeling randy, my wife and I rub Big Mac's all over our bodies and roll around in a pile of roving mutts, so they bite and nip at us, then we run home and make whoopie.

Just kidding. I do tend to eat McD's once every two weeks or so. Usually just few things off the Dollar Menu.
