I mean seriously, what are the odds that silferras would be doing all these wonderfull scum tells, and then it turns out that really she is a "one shot vig"?

There is nothing in the rules that says that a joker can convert two people at night. This false sense of "maybe jack is telling the truth" seems to be just a ruse to protect herself when we lynch jack and find out he isn't lieing.

If I was in silfferas's position, and silfferas is telling the truth, I would be -certain- that jack is lieing. Since silfferas is not certain, I think she is lieing.

Am I the only one not swallowing Silferras' claim? If she KNEW that Jack was lying why wouldn't she catch him in his lie? Casilu practically implied that the Joker could only convert one person. I think Silferras thought she was going to be lynched, so she looked up a role to claim. I think we've almost narrowed down the choices to Silferras and Jack.

If we vote Jack or Silferras and either are lying about not being the joker, we'll have successfully killed the joker. If we vote Jack and he's not lying we'll have killed Jack and someone who's not scum. If we kill Silferras we'll have eliminated a potential threat, but then the joker will be able to spawn. My biggest worry is if the joker could chose more than one person, and I really doubt it from what Casilu said about the joker changing one person per night.

Daganev raises a good point. Although there is the far-out possibility that the Joker can convert two in one night or that one or both are vanilla, the more likely probability is that one of them is the Joker and the other the non-vanilla. Assuming both are telling the truth, Silferras would be the safer one to lynch, as Jack would kill the last person to vote. Of course, we could get Silferras to be the last person to vote for Jack, and therefore get rid of the Joker either way.

I don't like the fact that Jack just jumped up and claimed with no pressure, especially something like a bomb. So he rouses my suspicion.

And I can see why Silferras wouldn't say anything right away, seeing as how a bunch of us (myself included) jumped on Jack because he's no longer vanilla. Her withholding of her role, if it is her role, makes more sense to me than Jack's random, unprovoked claim.

Daganev, you said that vote number 3 is a magical scum tell, because those with something to hide just rephrase what other people have said before them. If Silferras is telling the truth, about her role, it makes total sense that she would fall into the magical vote 3 pattern, because she had information that she didn't want revealed just yet.

I am certain that Jack is lying, only that I'm not sure what about or why he's lying (which I was hoping he would slip up on before I outed myself). I'm completely willing to place the last vote on him, because barring the possibility that there was a ninja-change to the Joker's powers, it's impossible that he's a bomb converted just last night.
