It was just to speed things up.

Sorry, just remembered that I was playing. Thanks, Casilu.
Ahem. What's going on?
Ahem. What's going on?
You will indeed have a fun time catching up.
Going to Unvote for now

I am still confused over how there could have been 3 conversions on night zero. Given that Jack & Silferras both turned out non-vanilla/non-joker, it's quite possible. Maybe along the lines of what Solanis said because there are so many of us to start out with.
Part of me says that we should vote for Shamarah as it's better to take out a known non-vanilla (even if pro-town) over risking killing a vanilla, as we need our numbers (especially if Night 0 was not just a one-time phenomenenon). But, on the other hand, long term that's a losing tactic if we can't get the joker but are only chasing him/her. And maybe it's better to take a risk on getting the joker now, given we did well yesterday. Not sure.

Casilu confirmed that the joker was able to convert more than just the single one on the first night. And it's the joker's doing, not just random conversion.
Diamondais2009-03-26 04:11:49
Shiri, what question did you ask that you ended up with a no?
Unknown2009-03-26 04:13:34
I asked Casilu if it was possible to have more than one conversions per night, and Casilu's response (paraphrased) was that it is not possible at the moment. I'm still digesting the rest of the thread.

I checked my "sent items" box but it's empty. Does that thing work for anyone?
It was something to the effect of can the joker convert multiple people per night. So it seems like they can't do it NOW but could before. But I want to know where Solanis got that confirmation from, it sure wasn't in the thread, Casilu just keeps hinting.
Unknown2009-03-26 04:17:16
I PMed her.
Shiri2009-03-26 04:18:41
I wish she would just post this, there really is no reason to hide the game rules to people unless they ask, especially not on day 2 when we used the lack of that knowledge to lynch someone (luckily it turned out well).
Unknown2009-03-26 04:32:39
So, judging by the results we got from Casilu, it seems like it is either a one-shot, or situational thing for the Joker to convert more than one per night.
Unknown2009-03-26 04:33:47
No, it was because it was night zero that he could convert multiple times. To speed it up.

That would be the situational, no? Although, I wonder, how did you get such a elaborate answer? All I got for my reply was two words.
Unknown2009-03-26 04:42:21
he won't be able to convert more than once anymore (I assume). Also, Casilu likes me better than you.
Daganev2009-03-26 05:36:04
Is anybody else looking suspicious right now?
kiriwe2009-03-26 05:40:07
Well, yesterday, I was looking at Zynna, if only for the fact that she pops in and out, just a little bit before Casilu started the Day up again, and doesn't really add anything new.

Sorry I haven't been here today. Didn't know I would be gone so long.
I do remember Tekora being "Angry" in the Mario game as well. Doesn't mean he's scum, doesn't mean he's not.
Basically all the people that have been mentioned today...and maybe Solanis. Yes I know he was joking, but it was also more confusion when he was joking. Not sure that I can add anything else at this time. I'm tired and going to bed. I'll be back early in the morning (8:00am PST) so maybe I can say coherent stuff then. Yay for coherenity. I guess I can send Casilu a message as well, but it might end up being something she can't answer because she can't understand (blah, blah blah, me) Night all!

Yeah, I sort of stopped acting crazy a while back. So it wouldn't distract people.
Shiri2009-03-26 07:24:21
Which is kind of awkward itself. You start that weirdness in a game featuring a "joker" as a villain, then stop after it starts getting you actual attention? It looks like you were trying to "hide in plain sight" and then aborted it when it didn't work. There are worse scum signs, but that one sure doesn't look good.
Unknown2009-03-26 07:51:42
So................................... do you want me to keep acting crazy?
