I was a Survivor as Pichu. Anyway, just popping in to check on the continuing catfight, and gotta go to work. Be back in 6 hours or so.

I don't know if this is the way Shamarah plays, but his posts have just been:
Vote: random person who seems to be under pressure at the time of his posting.

Forgot to add: not only is this annoying, popping in randomly to vote someone, but this is scummy behaviours.

annnd Tekora pops in again, says hi, adds nothing, disappears again.
He's posting to keep his count up - kinda, enough to not be on the bottom, but he adds nothing meaningful, and hasn't commented in any way on the Daganev vs. Shiri thing

oh, and I'm going to sleep now. be back around 1ish, EST

Posting to say he's going to work while you're posting analysis isn't really scummy. We'll determine that when he comes back and answers later.
As for Shamarah, the thing is, while he IS lurking something awful, unless someone else claims they were converted night 1, he's probably telling the truth on that, meaning he's at least not likely to be the joker.

Doman posts to say Shiri's logic is bad - only 2nd post
Dugan suggests no lynch
Tekora votes dugan, immediately - he's watching and not posting
I already explained that my vote was already going to the first person to come out and say 'Let's go for a 'No Lynch'
Dugan supports Silferras voting jack - town
Or just going with the majority to try to shake heat.
Solanis agrees with silferras - scummy
2 days for Night to pass, first person to vote after Day is Fania
Doman still doesnt like Shiri, but doesnt vote
Diamondais votes shiri, no solid explanation - scummy
Doman comes back and votes shiri, no additional reasoning - scummy
Shamarah comes in after lurking, jumps on Shiri train, pms mod to find out that joker converted multiples on night one
Tekora votes dugan, when dugan says that his results are contradictory, but doesnt say how
Shiri says casilu says no
Tekora retracts his vote, votes shamarah, doesnt question shiri's lack of explanation - scummy
This one's outright wrong. I never voted Shamarah. My vote was still on Dugan at this point.
Shamarah claims was converted night 0
dugan FOS tekora
tekora calls dugan's FOS OMGUS, says he'll save his counter FOS for tomorrow - scummy
Because it WAS an OMGUS, but I didn't want to distract from the momentium that was already rolling on Shiri.
Shamarah says he's still pro town, doesn't claim, but says he will if asked
Dugan unvotes, there is no way to investigate, votes shaddus he's lurking
Tekora votes dugan again, citing no lynch, shiri's bandwagon, and an omgus
Tekora explains dugan has a reason to vote shamarah, but doesnt explain, but shiri didnt say anything either
Dugan's reason for voting Shamarah was completely based on Shiri's obfuscation, or his own willingness to grasp at straws. Whichever, take your pick.

I just answered Shiri's question about what role I played last game, tore apart your poorly-kept notes, and you must have missed my half-dozen posts a few pages back where I said that both Daganev and Shiri need to die if this game is going to move forward, it's just a matter of which one dies first. Then I sparred with Shiri for a few posts. Meanwhile, you've been sitting and adding 2-3 sentence posts this entire game. I think it's fair to calmly disregard anything you say from this point on, because you're seeing the world through rose-colored glasses.

Actually, Shamarah said he was converted on night 0:

Lol, well, in that case I don't know what to say except that Casilu is lying to you, because I am a non-vanilla and became such during night zero.
And we do not know how many the Joker could convert on Night 0.

Therefore it was a safe bet since we have no evidence on how many conversions were allowed. 2? 3? 4?
Unknown2009-03-27 11:28:30
Argh, I mean.
There's no way we can disprove Shamarah's claim of being non vanilla converted on day 0, since we don't know how many non-vanilla there are.
I can't really see him being the joker though, but he's just annoying me.

I keep calling night 0 and night 1 the same. Sorry. It's this whole ground floor thing. I know Shamarah claimed the first night was when he was converted.
There's also the possibility of the joker whiffing, incidentally. 25% is non-negligible. I guess Shamarah isn't that safe. But even with that + the lurking I'm more convinced about Daganev. I guess we could stand to hear Shamarah's assessment of the situation.
Shiri2009-03-27 11:33:29
And CAN the joker see if he was successful? I don't think we got an answer on that.
Tekora2009-03-27 11:34:58
Yes, the Joker sees when he's successful.
Unknown2009-03-27 11:35:22
Yeah. From the other thread,
1. The Joker: Each night, you target a role and there is a 75% chance that that role will become a non-vanilla role. You'll know if it works. You win if there isn't a single vanilla townie left alive at any point in the game.

Alright, sleepy time, but: Tekora, aren't you going to work sometime? I would think half an hour is enough for you leave already, but you've been on the thread since... almost just after you said you're going to work. Unless your work is a five minute walk? Buut in that case, why would you say 'back in six hours'?
OBJECTION!
OBJECTION!
Shiri2009-03-27 11:40:38
Ok, well, that makes it simpler. So Shamarah COULD be the scum, knows he whiffed on third and above converts, and is claiming to fill the spot.
Unknown2009-03-27 12:31:22
Do we know if anyone got converted on Night 1?

No one's claimed as much, so we can just take it as a 75% chance.

Alright I've read through the past posts for this Day (except for the wall-o-text posts), my watch list is still Solanis and Shamarah. For Solanis, I've mentioned the reasons before: WIFOM-esque moves, and behaviour which is vastly different from the previous games. For Shamarah, making the 'safe' and partial claim of being converted on Night 0 and being a weak townie, where no-one but the Joker can confirm. He's also making very vague posts when voting for people. Look at his voting posts for Day 2:
There is no context for these posts, except for the one where he voted for Solanis, where he give a very short explanation of why. Other than that, his votes are not explained.
For those voting for Shiri, people like Daganev, Fania, Doman and Kiriwe have at least given some plausible reasons as to why they want to lynch Shiri. However, for Reiha, Dugan, and Tekora, their reason boils down to 'I just want this to end'. If you three really think Shiri should be lynched, could you at least give some reason why?
