Well, most people are pretty inactive. I'll switch my vote from Shamarah to Tekora.

Daganev2009-03-29 03:45:19
lol...
Ok, to be honest I'm at a bist of a loss as to who I think is the remaining scum at this point.
Dugan was my biggest fos, because of his voting pattern. However, Tekora is looking a bit suspicious at this point because I don't see the motive for Shamarah to admit that he is converted if he was scum. HOWEVER... When the game began, I also took the view to just lynch all abnormals, as that would be safest. However, now that the Joker is dead (*insert endzone dance here*) that strategy is no longer valid, and so I can understand Tekora's point of view.
My list of suspicious people is unfortuneatly very long. It's too long to be acurate at all, however this is my list:
Previous lurkers:
Reiha 8
Renthur 6
Doman 5
Shaddus Mes'ard 5
Renthur is up there for me, because he only really gave new and usefull info after Shiri died (i.e. today)
Then there is my suspicious behavior list (voting patterns, not giving unique perspective for reasons to vote etc.)
Dugan, Solanis, and Tekora
I think it's best to keep shamarah alive at this point since he is in my opinion 60% chance of being town. And his ability is really very usefull. If we don't find the proper scum today or tommorow, then I think Shamarah should be our number 1 target.
Tekora, I'm also curious what makes you think I'm questionable? I was wrong about Silfferas being the Joker, but as I said on day one, if I'm wrong about Silfferas then I was certain it was Shiri. And in-fact it was.
Also, yesterday, (game yesterday, not RL yesterday) there were many times where people did some things that I thought were odd, however I didn't want to let anything get in the way of the lynch on Shiri, because in the past he has been very slippery and I thought that if we did not lynch him yesterday, by the time we figured out what scummy role he had, it would be too late.

Maybe we should be looking at the inactives then. At this point in the game, accidently lynching a townie is not nearly as bad as it was when the Joker was alive.
Kiriwe, I vaguely remember that you had a bunch of evidence on someone, who was it?
Also, what is the current vote count?
Reiha2009-03-29 03:47:57

Low post count...
It makes sense for someone to lurk in a game like this if they have something to hide. However, while the Joker was still alive, it was too dangerous to even suggest going after lurkers.
Unknown2009-03-29 03:52:30
But the remaining scum, he's probably a cultist. So wouldn't it be just as dangerous before the Joker's death, then now? Well, at least still dangerous.

Not sure to be honest.
Would the lurkers be safe people for the cultist to convert, or would the cultist assume that we would lynch lurkers and thus not convert them?
I'm going to go through the mafia wiki now, just to make sure that cultist is the only scum type without night kills.
Daganev2009-03-29 03:58:23
Also, we need to make sure we lynch the cultist himself, not just the people he converted, just like with the Joker.
If the head cultist dies, would we still need to lynch all the converts? Not sure how that works either. I'm going to go look it up on mafiawiki.

Main reason I didn't contribute while Shiri was alive was the back and forth gave me too much of a headache to think, sorry. And I'd be curious if they had the chance to make another joker, and managed it.

Not so much evidence as my notes on posting.

Shamarah2009-03-29 04:56:28
Tekora's arguments for killing all non-vanillas are pretty much patent nonsense. The town doesn't win by killing all non-vanillas, the town wins by killing all scum. Killing me just because I'm a non-vanilla even if you don't find me suspicious is stupid, it's a wasted lynch that could be used on someone who is actually scummy (like Tekora, who is being over-aggressive and illogical in his attempts to get rid of my investigative role).
Everyone voting for me seems to be doing it just because they feel that lynching all non-vanillas is a good idea. Here's the thing: lynching all non-vanillas would be an excellent idea and by far the optimal strategy if we had a list of all the non-vanillas. If that were the case, we could go down the list lynching and eventually kill the scum through process of elimination. However, the only one we know of for sure at the moment is me. Lynching me does not aid any process of elimination in any way. If you lynch me, what do you do when I turn up pro-town? Again, if we had a list of non-vanillas, you could go to the next name, but since there are no others that are claimed non-vanilla, that strategy doesn't work. Lynching me doesn't aid any process of elimination. Lynching me is in fact worse than lynching a vanilla, because you're eliminating what is probably the only pro-town power role left in the game.
Now, if you're voting for me because you think I'm scummy, that's a different matter, but as far as I've seen no one has justified their vote that way apart from those saying that my hiding of my role was scummy, and I feel I've explained that sufficiently already.

Well, the above post is one of the reason why I felt Shamarah was slightly scummy. He usually gives very concise and elaborate posts, which is why I felt that his extremely brief posts before were strange. I didn't mention it because I found that out from reading past games, and thus he could have changed, but he demonstrates here that he can be very logical and detailed in his posts. However, he has claimed to be a watcher, which complicates matters a little.
I'm still not convinced that Daganev should be on the suspect list. If Shiri had converted him, why was he so adamant to get Daganev lynched? It could be distancing, but I don't see it that way. They had managed to make it so that if one was townie, the other would die, so if both were scum, that wouldn't have worked.
On my current watch list is Solanis (toned it down now, but still, there was his previous strange behaviour), Shamarah (strange voting posts, lack of posts, lack of details in posts), Tekora (I know he is usually very aggressive, but that makes for the perfect cover), and Reiha and Shaddus (both for their low post counts even after being mod prodded).
If we can just decide who we want to focus on.

Edit to above post: About the part with regards to distancing, I realised I just argued against myself.

How about you decide who you think is the best lynch for today, and vote them? And then try to persuade others to your view / allow yourself to be swayed.

I'm still considering my list to see who is most suspicious to me at the moment, but if I see any convincing arguments, I might go with that.

Ok, then you understand that I want to lynch Shamarah because there's either a 50% or a 100% chance of him being the last scum, right?

It makes no sense to keep a blatantly unhelpful player like Shamarah around. He hasn't posted much, and the posts that he HAS made have almost all been him resisting attempts from other people to get him to claim. I don't even believe that he IS an investigator, I think he's just riding you guys for a bunch of fools.

My suspicion on you is not at all your fault. I'm suspicious of you solely because of your heated rivalry with Shiri, which I believe may have caused him to target you Night 0 or Night 1.
-----
However, with all that said, I'm amused to see more votes on me. It's really quite stunning that you all would rather vote out a vanilla townie than a self-admitted abnormal. Of course, you've got 14 of you left, of which 1, or 2, or possibly 3 are abnormal/scum/cult, leaving you guys around 10 more days to get it right. Unless it IS a cult, which means we're already screwed.
Yeah. I figured out this gem yesterday. If the last scum is a cultist, there's no way our lynching can outpace their recruitment, even now. And the sad part is, it doesn't matter if the cultist was made on Night 0 or Night 1.
------------
If on Night 0...
Day 1 - 13 townies, 1 joker, 1 bomb, 1 arsonist, 1 cultist(SHAMARAH), bomb and arsonist die, cultist recruits.
Day 2 - 12 townies, 2 cultists, 1 joker, joker lynched, cultist recruits
Day 3 - 11 townies/3 cultists (We're done.)
If on Night 1...
Day 2 - 13 townies, 1 joker, 1 cultist, joker lynched, cultist recruits.
Day 3 - 12 townies, 2 cultists (We're done.)
------------
Of course, this theory is based on whether the last remaining scum IS a cultist. If it's an SK, the above scenario's completely invalid. But since there was no night kill last night, we have no way of knowing. Yet.
Shamarah2009-03-29 15:10:09
Uhm, generally only the cult leader can recruit, otherwise cults would be hilariously overpowered. (Actually, they arguably are already hilariously overpowered, but they'd be even more so if any of the members could recruit.)
Tekora2009-03-29 15:23:05
Well, let's hope you're right.
Daganev2009-03-29 16:17:00
Sorry for the short post, I went to bed at 2am last night... however. I'm going to have to go with vote dugan
Also, if shiri had converted me, based on what he said the Joker's strategy should be, (notice how he kept insisting that I was missrepresenting the joker's tactics? I'm going to asssume he wasn't lieing on this part, because it was an odd word choice, and when I called him on it, he insisted it was the correct word choice.) Anyway, because he said I was missrepresenting his goals, I'm going to think that he would have tried to point out another person to get me to go along with lynching them. The fact that Shiri was so willing and strong aligned with trying to get me lynched should weigh the evidence in favor of me being a townie, than being an abnormal.
@Tekora: I see Shamarah as either haveing a 20% chance to be the last scum, or end the game. But that is true with just about anybody. Because we just arn't sure how many abnormals there are. The 5 number from renthur is quite possible.
Does anyone have any evidence that Dugan isn't scum? any behavior that puts him into the pro-town grouping?
@casilu... what's the vote count?
