You have someone who said they saw someone else give them pamphlets during the night ... what do you need? Why would he lie about that, it would be a sure lynch the following day if the claim is false?

@Zynna, I was thinking about it on my drive up, and I think that if I was a cult leader, I would have converted Shamarah last night.

If what shamarah is saying is true, that means that somebody converted Diamondais last night.
However, Solanis was trying to say that Diamondais was a cult member yesterday.

There is seriously something fishy going on. I'm inclinded to believe that Shamarah did witness something, but the names are messed up. Maybe Shamarah was converted and this is part of the cult's scheme to get me out of the way before I'm able to figure out who the actual scum are.

Ok, these are the people who are left. Lets say the cult started on night 0. Night 0 you have Cult leader + 1 conversion. Then night 1 you have cult + 2, night 2 cult +3, night 3 cult +4.

If you lynch me today, then the you get cult +5 tonight, and by morning the cult has a majority of the town and they win. So it doesn't matter if I turn up innocent, we have to lynch a cult member today.

Alright, I'm not going to follow Shamarah YET, since your logic makes sense (ie he could be a cultist who just tries to get a vanilla lynch today to clinch the win).

The only reason I voted Diamondais, was... her post sounded so shifty / fake. Ie. Oh let's fake hesitance at casting last vote and go oh no when the lynch goes bad. I only based my vote on those two posts, not on what she's been doing previous games.

Although, if Shamarah were a cultist, you'd think he would try to claim the head cultist as some other person than Daganev. You'd think he would try to pin the blame on someone dodgy like me, since I've been suspicious apparently.

I wasn't able to use my power on night 0 when I was converted, so presumably neither was the cult leader, if he was even targeted on night 0. Thus even if we lynch wrong today it will not lead to a cult victory.

Just lynch daganev, he's clearly just stalling with this "redirect" BS which is an obscenely unlikely power. If I'm wrong, lynch me tomorrow. It's pretty straightforward.

Yes. If Daganev was really innocent, I think he would take a more direct approach than "oh noes maybe you got... redirected or something?". He would say BURN IN THE FIRES OF HELL SHAMARAH YOU'RE A LIAR AND I'M ALL THAT IS GOOD AND HOLY AND PURE IN THIS WORLD.

Ummm, I did say that at first. Only after thinking for a while, did I realize it was possible we could both be telling the truth.

I think that when Solanis was unable to lynch Shamarah he converted him instead. That would explain Shamarah lieing, and it would explain the previous scummy behavior. I think solanis is the cult leader.
