I'm trying to think of a good game plan so this day and lynch arn't wasted.

Reading through the recent posts, I am pretty suspicious of Solanis and Kiriwe. It was something about the way they were playing off of each other's posts about the existence of a roleconfuser in mafia. Dugan briefly gave me pause when he voted for Dag, because I though Dag was the cult leader, but if he knows Dag is not the leader, that would explain it too.

I'm still not sure whether Sham is lying or a role confuser type is in play, but I don't think we should rush to a lynch without thinking through who we want, and what happens next if we are right and if we are wrong.

I do believe in myself, that's why I'm not going with the crowd. I'm sorry I did it yesterday, and I'm not going to do it today.

Oh. My. God. What is wrong with you people.

I have already confirmed via investigative power that Daganev is the cult leader. If I am right, we basically win the game for free. If I am wrong and he is a townie, the cult does not win overnight because I have already said that people touched by the Joker were not able to use their powers on night zero, and we have a day to work out who the real cult leader is. The idea that there is some kind of role redirector is hilariously improbable and is a blatant attempt to deflect suspicion. And even if there somehow is one of those, we still have another day to figure out who the actual cultists are. We lose very little by lynching him if we are wrong (which, I repeat, is insanely unlikely) and we gain everything by lynching him if we are right.

You're all so afraid of going with the crowd, but no one is posting anything new to consider, and the day is never going to end at this rate. Newsflash, you need a crowd in order to get anything done in this game.

I've got alot of work going on today, so I won't be able to give this my full attention. We might as well lynch me, so that you can know that Shamarah is lieing.... Sorry! Wish I didn't have so much work to do , so I could help figure out who the real culprit is.

oh and unrelated to this game but I have no time to search.. what was the April fools post in announce this year?

Man, I almost forgot to check this thread today. Yeah, I'm not so fond of the "We might as well lynch me defense." I don't like it when people just give up (on top of everything else that has seemed off recently). So Vote Daganev.

It's always fun playing with you anyways. I hope you get your work done. The best way to get your work done fast is to put it into two piles. First pile for all the really easy stuff. Label that pile to do. The second pile for all the harder annoying stuff. Label that pile whatever you want, then throw it into the trashcan. Not so bad now, eh?

OK, some notes:

WHY did I not whack Daganev and or Tekora night 1. Stupid move. I also shouldn't have gone for Shamarah 'cause I misremembered how much he talked in the last games.
Please don't reveal rules in the middle of the game AFTER they're relevant next time Either at the start or not at all!

EDIT: And especially don't reveal rules only by specific PM request and not say what the question we should be asking is...

We had some major sheep fail this game, with such fantastic votes as "please make them shut up", "voting due to posting too much", and "I don't know what's going on!"
Daganev looked SOOO scummy for most of that...maybe I shouldn't have taken that break to go after Solanis. He was right on a few points though.
Tekora also had something going when he said I converted Daganev for that reason, but it's actually slightly wrong. The main reason I converted Daganev was that I wanted to hedge my bets such that if he managed to get me lynched, he'd still be able to win for me if he came out scum. It almost worked but unfortunately Tekora was on the ball and Shamarah got a lucky watch in. If Daganev had actually successfully gotten rid of Shamarah AND Tekora this game would have been pretty easy since so few people were actually thinking things through, even less thinking things through for themselves. Caerulo, I'm looking at you! You were pretty good in the smash game right up until the end, what happened here?

No whiffs and the conversions were actually pretty anti-town, so I can't blame this one on mechanics so much as an unlucky combination of town skill and town ineptitude going in their favour by chance.

Please do, also post who was town and who wasn't. I was so planning on going Vote Daganev the last day there. Just was really out of it. Ah well, it was fun!
