Good game I rather like this mafia variant (though we didn't really get to see it play out in full).

OK, some notes:

WHY did I not whack Daganev and or Tekora night 1. Stupid move. I also shouldn't have gone for Shamarah 'cause I misremembered how much he talked in the last games.
Please don't reveal rules in the middle of the game AFTER they're relevant next time Either at the start or not at all!

EDIT: And especially don't reveal rules only by specific PM request and not say what the question we should be asking is...

We had some major sheep fail this game, with such fantastic votes as "please make them shut up", "voting due to posting too much", and "I don't know what's going on!"
Daganev looked SOOO scummy for most of that...maybe I shouldn't have taken that break to go after Solanis. He was right on a few points though.
Tekora also had something going when he said I converted Daganev for that reason, but it's actually slightly wrong. The main reason I converted Daganev was that I wanted to hedge my bets such that if he managed to get me lynched, he'd still be able to win for me if he came out scum. It almost worked but unfortunately Tekora was on the ball and Shamarah got a lucky watch in. If Daganev had actually successfully gotten rid of Shamarah AND Tekora this game would have been pretty easy since so few people were actually thinking things through, even less thinking things through for themselves. Caerulo, I'm looking at you! You were pretty good in the smash game right up until the end, what happened here?

No whiffs and the conversions were actually pretty anti-town, so I can't blame this one on mechanics so much as an unlucky combination of town skill and town ineptitude going in their favour by chance.

You're just jealous I won by gut instinct; i.e. the sound of posts.

We could always play this game again when we are waiting for a new mafia game to start...so when's the next game?

EDIT: Relatedly, I would probably have done better if, accounting for the fact I never lurked, I had lurked the hell out of this game, since there was like zero pressure on the 30% of the game who didn't do anything

Strangely enough, I am in contact with Noola's friend and not Noola herself. I'll ask what's up.

I heard that reason a bunch of times this game but it's not actually true at all, which is exactly the kind of thing I'm talking about.

Anyway, I've moved Noola's game off the list for now since she was gone the whole duration of this game, but I'll add her back into the order after Silferras if she's likely to come back by then.

You were just as right as if you'd guessed I was scum because I was asleep when day ended (except, I wasn't!)

As for not dying, that probably means the scum never considered you a threat

Second: I'll either start on a negative night or have multiple jokers on night zero for next time.

Third: More useful roles early on, the game would have ended a day earlier if Shamarah got investigator instead. I just generated random numbers.
