In the Powerlog, or in the Powerlog Summary, I find myself wanting to know which Squad, or squads contributed power and who was in those squads. I don't know if this is a coherent or even functioning idea, but it occurred to me that the inclusion of "POWERLOG 0 0 SUMMARY SQUADS" Might be useful.
For instance, tracking the contribution of individual members of the Organization. Squad X Contributes 1000 power. Squad X was made up of Eventru, Fain, Charune, Viravain and Elostian, lets say. Hypothetically, and assuming this is the way the power laws worked in Y Organization which includes these members, each member would be credited for 200 power for whatever purposes that needs to be tracked (I.E. Ascendant contributions), since Each member didn't contribute 1000 power each. To be clear, splitting the power up based on how many people are in the squad isn't something I'm suggesting as inherent to the idea, just an option with what to do with the information on the client side.
I guess what I'm saying is, Moar detail on the Squad contribution.
Might be I'm the only person who thinks that's useful, I don't know

Just popping in to say I support this idea.

Unfortunately, I think that information is a little too complicated from how power is recorded.

Explain?
Do you mean... it would be too hard to differentiate, or code?
Can't put in "Squad Elder put in 1 power"?

I thought he was asking for power to somehow be distributed by everyone in the squad rather than by squad. Or somehow to keep track of who is in what squad when it gives what power. I suppose the squad name could be added just for flair, but I can't see how it would be otherwise meaningful as members in squads come and go and it isn't that hard to recreate squad names. If I understand what is being asked, it seems like an inordinate amount of coding work to keep track of that sort of thing, which I really don't think would be justifiable.

Would be a bit meaningless to the log and the power minister. If you wanted to script something to map squad names to people, you're already delving into the realm of scripting a power system. It would also impact the overall numbers because you'd have power duplication - 5 people are each helping to contribute 1 power. It would not count to individual totals because otherwise you'd have more power than actually existed when all totaled up.

True, it's not that much. Never mind then.
I don't suppose you could go into detail as to how the power is made? Is it by mobs killed?
Would it be possible for you to code it to where you can increase the power made by how powerful the mob was? Or is that not a good idea for some reason?
