Here I was thinking 'Desi's going to show me some lol article', but I was wrong. This is actually pretty good.
Tekora2009-03-28 19:47:48
Wow, that's great.

Very interesting story.
Razenth2009-03-28 20:35:13
Approve.
Kiradawea2009-03-28 20:51:35
I love it. It was great.

I've always been a fan of his work. I didn't read this, but I saved it to read later.

I suppose if you looked at the dropdown menu in the top right and used a small dose of logic to figure out why they are there, you might actually have been able to enjoy the story like everyone else.

um, the grammar was fine, and there wasn't any glaring spelling errors. The -TYPOS- annoyed me. I'm sorry but foreign language translation is not an excuse for typos when the rest of the document is fine. <3

A machine translated it. That's why it's bad, ever seen a google auto translate?

yes, and normally the grammar is all sorts of up
Jack2009-03-29 02:33:05
So you're criticising because the grammar is too good?
kiriwe2009-03-29 02:33:56
>_<
All I said was the typos bothered me.
I liked the story.
Pardon my OCD

That's actually really nice if it's a machine translation, particularly from a non-romantic/germanic language.
EDIT: Also, it keeps getting word choices right. Seems like it was at least person-assisted.

There are quite a few things that it doesn't get right, from the hand translated version I've seen.
The reason people wonder about your choice of words Kiriwe is that the only thing you said was negative, as if to say "I didn't bother, there were too many typos and typos piss me off."

Wow. It is... amazing. It really is.
That said, Solcom and Divcom's arguments remind me of Shiri and Daganev.

It doesn't count when I'm deliberately being unreasonable!

Really well written, it was moving without being sappy or even anywhere near purple-prose.
And Divcom/Solcom arguments = Dag/Shiri, but Frost's arguments made me think of Xenthos.
