Well, considering we only have one more threat, it'd be better to hide and hope they target you. Doesn't matter if you die in process.

While the odds are better than before, I think it's risky. Could it possibly hit yourself? That would make it even worse odds Most likely you'd lose one town, of course if you lynch me you are losing a now-vanilla townie.

I've never played a scum... got close to it in the Angels and Demon game, though. (totally lost my train of thought when the Boondocks came on). You are right, the only people that would know that there is an SK in the game in the very beginning are the SK themselves, and the Mafia.

The reason I said that we had an SK is because Shiri brought it up on Day one, then turned out to be mafia. Had he turned out town, I would have thought it was just a suggestion, because of the two deaths on Night 0.

The SK most likely wouldn't be the person to point out the possibility first, and would in fact try to discredit the theory as much as possible, in order to preserve themselves, or they would take the other extreme and agree 100% that there is definately an SK, in order to set themselves up for a defense later in the game. The mafia would realize that somebody died that they didn't target and would bring this up immediately, in order to spread the suspicion around, and to deflect the heat off of themselves.

The fact that Shiri turned out scum pretty much cemented for me that we had an SK, because I agree, a vig wouldn't kill on Night 0, and by virtue of Arix's ability, he couldn't have been targeted for a kill. If the SK theory hadn't been pointed out immediately by Shiri, I'm pretty sure a lot of us would have assumed that Arix hid behind Daganev or a mafia.
