Death has little meaning. Although if you're good *raises hand* you can go for weeks on end without dying, sometimes you just have to keep trying and suck up the repair costs.

@Munsia practically all of my chars are alliance, so no 80s for smoulderthorn from me.

sorry I haven't been around, my internet is out at home. Should be back up in half a week or so.

I brought my laptop to work today (lunch break) and I'll try to connect after work, but the connection is pretty sucky.

So this was basically lost interest in rather quickly, and I`m wondering if anyone will care if I disband the guild or if someone wants to sign in and get it as I`d like to switch my character to another server.

Sorry it never got off the ground. I just don't have the cash to keep funding Warcraft when I'm not playing it though.

I disbanded the guild, sorry, but I was looking over the logs and only one person bothered signing in in the last month, the rest has been six months plus.

I've always wondered why Blizzard continues to charge for the base game and expansion sets, which taken together will run new players something like $50, not including Cataclysm. It seems as though 95% of their profits come from monthly fees, and perhaps they'd get more new players if there weren't such a heavy buy-in cost.

It's industry standard for older MMORPGs to charge nothing (or next to nothing) for the base game and all of its expansions. I guess Blizzard doesn't feel that's in their best interests, which means that either box sales account for a larger proportion of their profits than I'd thought, or they just plain don't wanna and don't hafta.

You know, with the recruit a friend link, it's possible to break the DK hold on Acherus? Get a Warlock friend, summon them to Acherus and Bam. Start lifting people into it.
