Um... Unless MushClient does weird wrap with logs, he likely doesn't have wrap at 0... which would've likely prevented Treant from tracking any affliction done. I could be wrong. (And yes, I nearly never post. Just felt like problem-solving.)

MUSHclient wraps your display and logs independent of the server-side wrapping, so I don't think that was the issue. There were other things tracking just fine that wouldn't have otherwise worked if the wrapwidth was wrong. I did fix a few issues from this log, though!
