Org-affiliated cartels, like the Moonlace, Goldleaf, Stagleaf, Silverblade, Wildecraft and Treehearth, lack aethers.
We need aethers to easily talk to each other. These type of cartels also lack help files. We need help files. Please!

I was surprised, when I finally joined a cartel, to learn we had a newsboard but not an aether. But since I'm an artisan, in my case it doesn't matter, there would never be anyone else there anyway!

I was surprised by the same thing, too. Ever since I succeeded Zhi as the trademaster, I've always wanted to communicate easily with the other jewelers, and dang, it's hard without an aether.

Ooh, I'm also suggesting that Org Cartels get to have logs accessible by the trademaster and positions that can be created and assigned privs(by the trademaster), too.

Oh, I can assign someone to be the assistant trademaster, so basically he can access the logs, bankaccounts, etc

Edit: The above is just an example. You see, I was looking forward to making the cartel more efficient (despite the apathy of some people in making designs - at least there'd be an organized system)

From reading, this has been wanted many many times. And I agree.

However, how can you differentiate between a private cartel, which someone has bought with 1 million gold and a public cartel, which you are voted into?

Well, I was hoping Org-Cartels would be given special consideration in this regard (Please do, Admin! ), after all, Org-Cartels are supposed to cater to the needs of the org members and can greatly contribute to internal org relations (You know, org members getting on better terms with each other, regardless of how slight it may be )
