That's partially why I drew Nif.
I don't like how awkward Feyrll made her look. Nifilhema always seemed to exude a dangerous form of sensuality.
I do love the face here though.

I'm pretty sure she has hooks in her skin that peel back her flesh. Let me get the original desc. I think I have it logged.
EDIT: Sowwy, looks like I don't.

Found it!
Nifilhema is counted among the ranks of the Demon Lords of Nil. Known
alternately as the Queen of Insufferable Cruelty and Lady of the Weeping
Amaranth, she is ravishingly beautiful with lily white skin and a fall of
straight black hair. Her lips are perpetually wet and shiny, coated in blood,
and her teeth are bright white with her two incisors sharpened to needle-like
fangs. Dressed in a black leather corset tied so tightly that her waist is
impossibly thin, she has sections of her skin artistically peeled back from her
flesh, exposing bloody muscle and bone, the flaps of skin being pierced by small
golden hooks that are pulled tautly by fine silver wire. Her eyes glow red and
passionately, and a sweet, musky perfume emanates from her skin, the scent of
which is both seductive and repulsive.

Doesn't sound like the wires are attached to the room she is in..... I was wondering why she was made to look like a puppet

The strings are attached to the Amaranth on the ceiling, atleast.
The Weeping Amaranth is an enormous flower that stretches across the length of
the ceiling. Its lily white petals are fleshy and thick, tightly layered from
its center and slightly curling outwards, blossoming to breathtaking
proportions. Thousands upon thousands of tiny golden hooks gouge the petals,
ripping tiny wounds into the fleshy petals, from which drip thick, bright red
blood that sprinkles down in a constant shower of hot, crimson droplets. The
hooks are pulled taut by silver wires that descend from the ceiling and walls.
The flower occasionally trembles and quivers, causing the shower of blood to
momentarily become a small deluge. The scent from the flower is extremely musky
and sweet, provoking a disturbing carnal heat.

The Weeping Amaranth != Lady of the Weeping Amaranth ?

But those are the hooks on the Amaranth, not necessarily the hooks on Nifilhema...?
It actually does kind of look like (from her description) that they are opposing flaps of skin holding each other taut. So it doesn't matter where she is in there, they're always stretching against each other, even more so when she moves.

I know the amaranth =! Nifilhema
I was confused, I understand it now that I read it another few times. I thought maybe they came from the walls and from the amaranth on the ceiling were maybe sticking out of her.
Oops.

Like I said. In a few posts.
I found the desc. Thanks to Feyrll's DA.
And like I said, I will add the hooks later so it doesn't look so off.

Very pretty, love the pose and the Vargas girl look. The details like the strand of hair falling over her shoulder, and her thumb hooked under the falling strap. Make it seem so natural, despite the exaggerated look of the face. It's a very stylized take on Nif. Love it.
The open wounds are kind of odd. It's like there is plexiglass between you and her, and there are blood splotches conveniently where the wounds are, so you can't really see any detail. The picture is kind of subtle, the ugly red splotches seem out of place

Thank you, Celina. Your opinion always means a lot to me. To be honest, the splotches are me being lazy since the muscle came out awkward. I'd quote my annotation but I can't remember it properly and it wont make much sense worded any other way. Hopefully I'll get a merit and you'll be able to read it on the site.
