Good evening my dear viewers. I deeply apologize for what you just saw. I also apologize for this, for I am about to step out of the role as neutral observer to defend my own integrity. Someone has declared out loud that I am a liar. THAT... is a most grave insult, and the pride I take in my job commands me to defend myself. Zynna, you are challenged!

Earlier today, lady Zynna wrote a list regarding everyone who have yet to be brutally massacred. Allow me to display it.



Pay special attention to line three, fifteen and seventeen. Consider them. Consider what you know. For while only one of them contains a direct lie, the other two have conclusions based on false premises.

I shall analyze the lie first. It is hidden in line seventeen. Tell me, my viewers. Have I ever said "I am a reporter!"? No I have not. It is a profession I have chosen. I could have chosen any profession. Singer, dancer, accountant. But the one I chose was reporter. It is my actions that make me a reporter, and nothing else. This has always been the truth, and I have never said otherwise. In addition, she claims that I undermine people. How preposterous. My role is that of a neutral transmitter of information. She cites this claim without proof.

Then we have line fifteen. How cruel to sow doubt about someones integrity due to lack of ability. There was little communication between me and my friend, for we had little time to speak with one another. The night flew by and we barely had time to introduce ourselves to one another.

Then there is line three. To claim that I do not want to verify. One must ask oneself where she gets these odd ideas from. How can I verify something I have no knowledge off? Oh but ah she "explains" it later.


Except, it was never certain that I had to out myself, and I never had to do that. I never had to reveal myself. I "chose" to do so, because I do not want my partner to die. I have no ability to elaborate on Casilu's abilities. It is in my opinion that only one with cruel intent would proclaim inability as misdirection. Or, to quote BaLi, may he rest in peace, when Zynna tried to bring him to death.





Ladies and gentlemen. To me, the proof is clear as day. Zynna is scum. She is too intelligent to make these mistakes.

This is the first instance of the word reporter in the game.

Kiradawea, you say it's a lie that Zynna said that you claimed to be a reporter, but if that isn't a claim, I don't know what is...

There seems to be a misconception between playing a role and making a claim. Do consider that Daganev. I have never claimed to be a reporter. I just act like one. You are the ones claiming that I must act like one.

If you are trying to tell us now, that you are infact, NOT star reporter Kiradawea, than that means you were either lieing now, or lieing then.

I think Kiradawea is saying she was lying then: "reporter" isn't in her role but she was doing it anyway, making her a "reporter" de facto.

I have absolutely no idea what conclusions she's trying to draw from that about Zynna though as that whole thing read as gibberish to me.

Why did we let Shaddus go once Shamhat clarified again? If Diamondais could kill anyone his ability makes no obvious sense. I mean, he probably -has- it, but...eh.

I've just found his comments to be more helpfull than not helpfull. His "ante up" line, as well as reminding us about mafia/town mason pairs in past games (as apposed to triplets) etc. There also isn't anyone he hasn't been willing to consider to be mafia, though that isn't saying much since we havn't found any scum yet

Shaddus just doesn't sound like he is lieing to me.

I was hoping to use Shaddus's state of having a skill that is useless as some sort of proof that we have no VT, but Zynna's claim as Electron is just crazy enough that it might be true. (and I can't think of any useless power she might have, unless there is a proton somewhere?) So, instead of lynching another likely townie, I'm hoping we can look at some of the other people who are way below the radar.

Kiradawea, wants us to look at Zynna saying that "Kiradawea -- claims to be a reporter, but lied and was outed by her partner" as some proof that Zynna is making up evidence, because Kira never said that. However, Kira's very first post, strongly implied that she was claiming to be some kind of reporter.

Alright. I can agree with that conclusion.

That was to the post above the Kira thing. Ok. Well, I still don't really get it, but Kira and Solanis are not on my scumdar yet.

Agreed. However, Kira's argument for why Zynna is scum is really flaky. That's all I'm saying.

I think Kira was pointing more at the part where Zynna says she is undermining people, which I don't see.

As per Shaddus? Nobody suspects the Spanish Inquisition!

And I am looking at Fania right now. She has been awfully quiet, constantly saying "I'm busy, I'll post substance later" and when she finally does, she votes for me, after I daykilled Bali.

Now, this is not an OMGUS. I am looking at it from an outside perspective. She has been unusually quiet for herself, and when she finally speaks up, she points her finger at somebody with a daykill. Now, in my humble opinion, it looks like she is threatened by my power, and is trying to equate my role with alignment.

I hinted at it before, but I may as well come out with it now, since I did practically out myself already.

I am, indeed, Lord Voldemort. I have a single use of the Avada Kedavra spell. I could have used it at night, but I didn't want to accidentally take out a townie with only my own suspicions. I figured prolonging a day would be a better use of it.

My attempt at finding concrete evidence against Zynna:



Zynna is super opportunistic, moving her votes very very often. She claims vanilla with very little pressure on her.
Her reasons for voting Bali, the stuff about investigator revealing early is just weird. Bali's voting/unvoting was plain obvious. Seems like Zynna just wants to have lots of reasons to justify her vote in the bandwagon, even they're dodgy reasons.



In other words, let's just follow Shiri's random lurker vote in hope that a bandwagon will form and we can lynch more townies. Yay!



Seeing the Aerotan bandwagon fail, she tries to start one on a different lurker.





Only when prodded does she give a reason for her vote. Not that the reason is very sound. She doesn't understand Shaddus' role, therefore lynch?

Out of curiousity, Solanis, do you have thoughts on anyone else? It's obvious you find me scummy, but what about the rest?
