Irrelevant. Ripple/liveforest are the really good ones.

I actually hate flux the most.
Shiri2009-05-10 06:47:22
Well, yes, but cosmic and etherwilde/etherglom are more relevant than elemental. That said faethorn in flux would be hilarious.

Correction. Liveforest/Flux are the really good ones.

The point is, you can't have flux on a cosmic raid. Ripple is very relevant even though it's not as good as liveforest.

It is relevant given the two suggestions I've made.
Nydekion2009-05-10 07:24:00
Could maybe make liveforest a 1 sec writhe to mirror the stun you'd get from ripple or an avoidance-like ability that ticks once every x seconds on denizens there and lasts a couple minutes.
Shiri2009-05-10 07:30:02
A 1 sec writhe is almost strictly worse than a 1-sec stun. The avoidance thing would just be bad in any standard fight between two groups of players, likely in the attacker's demesne.
Nydekion2009-05-10 07:33:05
Not really with stun immunity and stuns not stacking whereas it is entirely possible to stack writhe affs.

No. You will keep Surge. It's the Wiccan discretionary power. As for the respawning Daughters/Ladies, I am fine if they respawn so long as their numbers/strength are reflective of angels/demons who respawn. If you do not want them to respawn, you can keep them as they are.
And you do get essence from Ethereal Serenwilde/Glomdoring.

Just a thought:
-which types of angels/demons do you intend their number/strength to be at par with?
Edit:There's also the phase of the moon factor

Imps/cherubs, fiends/devas, and demons/angels all respawn. Archdemons/archangels do not, as far as I know, and need to be summoned by a Demon Lord/Lady or Supernal.
Eventru2009-05-11 06:53:44
All angel/demon-types respawn. Those that are summoned by the Supernals/DLs will disappear after an hour, and do not respawn.

I assume that Ladies/Daughters summoned by the avatars don't disappear after an hour, too?

Different meaning for 'summoned'. The ones you get by bringing in fae don't disappear. The ones the avatars summon when attacked do.
Eventru2009-05-11 08:44:22
Right. All avatars/half-formed have a chance to summon an extra angel/lady/daughter to defend them while they're fighting. These will poof after 3,600 seconds, give or take, from the time of their summoning.
Siam2009-05-11 11:02:42
thanks!
Ronny2009-05-11 11:57:43
Remove all discretionary powers and area wide shrine effects! I want to look over my shoulder for defenders/combatants and not die to the group of mobs because area effects are hindering/doing the actual killing!
Note: Won't be happening

Clearly discretionary powers aren't leaving us as much as some of you would wish.
Let's focus on just making them relatively equivalent. As it stands, two discretionary powers in Ethereal Serenwilde/Glomdoring >>> one discretionary power on Cosmic.
