150k gold, but you can probably haggle it down to 130k or so if you have Appraisement and if the dude isn't annoyed.

That's why you get someone who isn't enemied to unenemy you. I did that for someone who accidentally got enemied to Celestia. I think it's cheaper that way, too.

Emissary (sacraments) lowers the cost too! Not sure by how much though. Probably some insignificant amount.

Emissary takes off a decent chunk. I remember when Munsia was getting amnesty to Moon, she got Narsrim to do it. Instead of the 150k it normally was, it was 100k, I think.

I reckon the amount you're giving is pretty OTT. I reckon you could get away with less than 100k with high-con. (There was an announce post a while ago that vaguely implied this IIRC.)
