Krin, trueshield is too high. It's as high as old spec plate. All that's needed is a curve at the higher end of it so that having a shield rune with splendours isn't godly, but it also isn't a waste of absorption. Case closed.

@ Krin: Don't got no splendors, don't got no shield rune. I do fine (usually) against Shuyin when my system doesn't explode in a gory mess. You'll be fine. Heck, warriors are the easiest class for a lot of people to deal with, what with all the things stacked against them (robes, parry, stance, inherent miss chance, the fact that they need to keep someone pinned down for a significant period of time to kill them).

@ Desitrus: not a forger, but can I get the details? Are you planning on implementing the Eternal's tempering idea? Cause if that would help make non-all metal designs more prevalent, I would so go for it.
